Wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Great food variety available at most times of the day. Kind staff and a good family atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and equipped with a balcony and blackout curtains which is really useful for when it gets light outside. A 5 minute drive from the land of legends, there are a few shops located outside the hotel area so if you urgently need to buy something you can do so easily. There are also shops within the hotel itself so that too is very convenient.

Stayed in this hotel last week. The staff were fantastic from the receptionist to the cleaners. Very polite and helpful. The downfall of this hotel was the food. The food was definitely not 5 star standard. The beach was away from the hotel. The beach served old heated up food. Which you couldn't bare to eat. Hotel is in middle of no where. So you have to get taxi to go anywhere. Definitely not worth the 5 star price. Was very disappointed.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked this hotel solely based on the positive reviews that I read on Google but after spending time at the hotel, I’m absolutely certain that those positive reviews cannot possibly be genuine. I am truly shocked and appalled by this hotel. The view from the room leads to a derelict animal farm and I was woken every morning by the noise of chicken. The management simply said that there is nothing to be done and an upgrade costs. The food was always repetitive and cold, the hotel lobby is facing the street and is almost always empty lacking any kind of life, soul or entertainment. The evening entertainment is extremely poor at best and the beach bar is extremely shabby and offer only limited foods and drinks. They are unable to serve any drinks that I ask for. This is a 2.5 star hotel at best. If you want to stay here, then great but be in no doubt you’re booking a hotel that is nowhere near 5 star and make peace with it when you finally get to the hotel and find yourself underwhelmed and angry with your choice. Please do not listen to the 5 star reviews as they are fake!! We were even requested to pay for the kids club where my daughter wanted to paint a shirt. I would not stay at this hotel again even if I were paid to do so. I feel so conned and upset about this experience. There is nothing five star about this. Ps the chicken tonight was completely cold and raw.

Had a lovely time here, absolutely would recommend! Really enjoyed the resources at the spa, Turkish baths were great. Staff at the spa are lovely, Adam was really helpful and friendly. Melissa at front desk was also really helpful. The hotel has two pools, one indoor, one outdoor; we often frequented both. Pools were always well maintained and could be used from 9am-7pm. Rooms were spacious, and with nice views from the balcony. Food had loads of variety, we especially enjoyed the drinks and ice cream. Overall, a really wonderful stay, would absolutely come to Aydinbey Queens Palace and Spa again!!

Upon arrival the customer service was absolutely disgusting, arriving at a 5star hotel to not be greeted respectfully and no help from a bell boy was appalling. We paid for a pool view room and the man at reception said it is to his discretion if he wants to give us one he said even though one is available he doesn’t want to give it to us. In an all inclusive establishment we couldn’t even get water on arrival after travelling for a day with a 11 month baby and pregnant wife. Following this the variety of food available was ridiculous also being in season there was very little to no fruit available. The service from the restaurant staff was disgusting and all staff were very rude. The quality of the hotel is not 5 star. Only had entertainment for one of the days out of our week stay. The toilet paper and water was only refilled in our room when we called down to reception to ask for some. We asked to speak to the guest relations manager called tamara however she was very arrogant and was too important to speak to her guest so told her assistant to tell us to speak to our travel rep who wasn’t even a part of the hotel staff. Upon checkout there was again no bell boy available. The hotel is advertised as a 5 star but it’s at most a 3 star and that’s being generous. The hotel also hosted a football federation of whom the guest were rude, disruptive and disgusting. They got preferential treatment and all us other guests were pushed aside. A complaint was made about the disruption and the response was that they have booked 200 rooms and are important. The bar only had one staff and every time a drink was needed we had to wait 40-50 mins. At dinner time the staff couldn’t be bothered to give us drinks at the table as they were too busy tending to the football federation guest we were told to help ourself. Would not recommend this hotel and would definitely never visit again.
