Loved our stay here in May 2024. Room was spacious and clean. Paid extra for the UP experience. We enjoyed it for the two days but might not be worth the price £215 (two day package)if you are not a sun worshipper or heavy drinker. There are more older people here than younger ones that might be the reason for the entertainment, older type music etc
Staff were always very attentive and helpful. The nighttime entertainment was not our cup of tea but there is plenty choice in the nearby bars. The pools were really appealing and tidy and the pool bar does the best strawberry mojitos I’ve ever had.
Overall great hotel, great staff and decent location. Would definitely go back❤️🌟

Been to 5 star hotels around the world this 4 star plus is up there with them.
Very grand entrance, clean and up to date, relaxing atmosphere. Super friendly staff.
Gym is the best iv seen in ANY hotel.
Poolside excellent.
We were lucky enough to have a suite, exceptional. So much room and storage we had trouble finding things at first. Curved tv in bedroom. Larger flat screen in front room , Great views out to sea and over coast.
Had own sunbeds on one of our two private balcony's.
Saw standard room and that was of excellent standard.
Food very good. Large choice something for everyone.
Entertainment on every night, if not to your taste there is a large area for people who want to watch sports, last but not least there is also an outside area next to the pool area, which is beautifully lit up at night to sit and have a drink. All while being served by bar staff. Who are all very friendly.
Definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. We ended up at this hotel because our original one was getting renovations.
We are so glad we ended up here. Staff were fantastic.
Breakfast could have had more hot choices for non meat eaters. Evening meal had plenty of choice though. The food was amazing. You can't have cocktails or hot drinks with evening meal.
But if you want to save money by buying a large bottle of wine, but dont finish it, they will attach a label so you can have it the next evening. This is not advertised.
The room was cleaned every day.
Very comfortable bed. Replenished water every day free of charge. Also not advertised.
The fact that the life guard actually removed items from sun loungers that there was no one at Between 9-10am good. I've never seen this being done at any hotel.
Had entertainment every night and activities throughout the day.
Definitely planning on returning.

We loved the hotel. Very impressive atrium lobby. The rooms were well maintained. The pools were really nice, and cleaned most evenings as far as I could see. Plenty of sunbeds during our stay.
A very well maintained hotel. The decorator was working his way around the corridors and the gardeners were working all the time.
The food in the restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. Food was kept warm in the main, with plenty of choice. Meat and fish cooked fresh every evening and the egg station was well used every morning, with omelettes made to order along with fried and poached eggs. We rarely eat in the hotel every evening but we did on this holiday. My only gripe would be they are slow to remove dirty plates from the table and seem to concentrate more on setting up for the next meal service. Perhaps they need more staff in the restaurant.
We enjoyed our stay and if we went back to Los Cristianos we would certainly stay here again.

The design of the lobby is amazing with an incredible amount of plants and the sound of the mini waterfall on the background! There are three pools on the ground level; one is relatively colder than others, one with salty warm water; another is with jacuzzi and different massage functions. They serve free champagne 🥂 during breakfast but you need to pay for the other alcoholic drinks during the day and dinner time. The variety of food in the open buffet was quite satisfying for us. We loved the food most during the gala night. The worst thing is the hotel doesn’t have a beach 🏝️ even though it’s right next to the sea 🌊 Other than that, everything was amazing! And, we definitely think about going there again 😇
