Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Lovely rooms and relaxed atmosphere. Food fabulous and plenty of choice. A short walk to the beach and bars etc, but it is a short steep hill, for anyone with mobility issues. I thought this hotel was great value for money and I would definitely stay again.

Pros: Perfect location only a short walk to the beach. Lovely pools n friendly staff. Food was very nice Cons: The cot bed provided was not safe, the mattress is too small for it leaving a gap. It is NOT all inclusive as stated, only limited beer n wine at meal times and only in the restaurant. The snack bar is just burgers or pizza n chips. Late check out can't be booked in advance which added stress to our stay as we had a 10month old baby with us. Overall we had a nice stay but theres room for improvement.

This Hotel is okay, staff are friendly, polite and quiet accommodating. Clean and tidy in the Hotel and around the pool area, room basic with the use of a TV, But only caters for the Spanish and French. The food..... DISGUSTING 🤢🤢 If it wasn't burnt it was just slop. Buffet food each day so you can guess the type of meals you will be expecting. The good thing is that there is a McDonald's about just over a mile away, so we'll worth the walk. Just going to keep this short. Would I return...... DEFINITELY NOT.

We have had such an amazing experience at this hotel, the staff have been more than brilliant and also surprised my lovley wife for her birthday, bar snacks was honestly amazing couldn’t fault this place at all. Entertainment was great and was good for children my daughter had a great time here! Thank you to all the staff for making the holiday a brilliant experience. Will definitely come again

The hotel was excellent, clean rooms. Food was also very tasty, I don't know what people are complaining about. Probably stuck to the chips and burgers for what I've been reading, local dishes and food was excellent and very tasty! The entertainment team was brilliant, Sally really makes the place feel special. A really nice place to stay while away. People complaining about not being "all inclusive" but we came here for a family atmosphere and not to be surrounded in piss heads, so it works out brilliant Overall a solid stay with wonderful staff, decent meals in a great location. Don't take any notice of the 1* reviews, probably just written by typical moany British.
