Hotel was very nice and clean location was good Food was cold all time and will have to use microwave not enough selection of food and desserts We paid for sea view the room given was a tree view I spoke to reception to complain and they said they’ll get the manager to come and see us but no manager came. We spoke to the chef regarding the food and he stroke his shoulders. English all inclusive Guest had to wait for drinksand people who have to pay was served first. The pool bar was three selections of food only photo below and it was a joke. The hotel was mostly for the elderly. The food was the same for the 5 days we was there most of the time we were eating outside the food cold and not cooked properly

When we arrived they said they had upgraded us to a suit, this had a small kitchen in it and nothing much else. It was just like a prison cell, who needs a kitchen when you are all inclusive. We did get moved after some harsh words with the receptionist. This place is in the middle of nowhere so if you like visiting local bars forget it. The hotel was full of Spanish 🇪🇸 pensioners who all of which get a free holiday every year from the Spanish government, not there is anything wrong with this but we felt like 2nd class citizens from the management poi of view. We could only have our drinks in certain glasses, my wife likes her gin and tonic’s in a nice fish bowl type glass, but this wasn’t allowed. We could not understand this because they were only going to put the same all inclusive drink into the glass. It was like an us and them situation, and an experience that we will not be experiencing again. Please see attached the picture of the kitchen in the room.

Stayed there begging of October. Room was very clean and in good condition despite end of the season. Bright, light colour. Very pleased. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is also nice, but if you don't eat pork other meat might be a challenge. Pork is on the menu every day. Good variety of vegan options and veg itself. You will not walk away hungry. Beach is very close, small sand. Will be back..

I enjoyed my stay with them. The staff is very friendly and kind. From the moment you set foot at the entrance of the hotel you can see that it's very clean and well kept. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The food is different each day and very mixed( there are menus for vegan people) also desserts and fruits. The drinks were the basic ones you can find in almost all hotels but it was ok, they were cold and you could also find ice. The pool is not very big but it was enjoyable. Each evening there are different kind of shows to entertain the quests and also there are people who play different games with the kids. It is close to the beach( 3-4 min walk from the hotel)

We are still here at the hotel but I wanted to leave a review. We are having a great stay at the hotel, the rooms and the facilities in general are very clean and the food has very good quality for a hotel with “all inclusive” option. The staff is very friendly and nice (even at the end of the summer season) specially the staff at the pool bar (Fran el sevillano, Laura, Mari). There are a lot of bars and shops very near and the beach is very close and good. Until now all the night events were very amusing. As recommendation: the air conditioning in the rooms should be improved.
