Nice hotel in a lovely location right by the sea. The shower and air-con in the room were both very nice and all-inclusive food was decent with a fair amount of choice. Staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. Indoor pools are nice and quiet, however the steam room and hot tubs were very temperamental and weren’t always hot. We paid for a superior double room with a sea view - views were good but we paid for a safe in our room and it didn’t work. Bed was spacious and decently comfortable. Overall a very nice stay and fits the 4 star rating it has.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful location. We like to stay active on holiday before eating our weight in food and relaxing by the pool. There was lots of good trails on the hotel's door step to explore. The hotel entertainment was also fab - Sergio and his team do such a great job getting everyone involved - from ages 5 to 95 there's something for everyone here.

Stayed at this hotel with an all inclusive package. It was a nice hotel with an amazing spot just next to the beach, however it lacked things to do in the evenings after dinner, due to lack of bars walking spots or anything in general. The staff were amazing and provided a great service with every endeavour. We payed for a superior room, this only includes a sea view a free safe and an opportunity to have one of their sea sun beds. The rooms are all the same size and while we were there our safety deposit box didn’t work no matter how many times we tried. Lovely bathroom with an amazing shower, good pool facilities but was rather cold this time of year. Great indoor facilities with a sauna, steam room and an indoor pool and hot tub. For its price I believe it was worthwhile but could do with a couple tweaks here and there.

Excellent room, food had great fish and meat selection, breakfasts good choice. Animation team, bar staff and restaurant team were all good and coped well with the large influx into the restaurant of 50 plus on coach tours.

Lovely hotel in a great picturesque seafront location. The hotel has a contemporary feel throughout. Our room was very nice on the 7th floor with a sea view. Only criticism was that the rooms are on the small side. Room service everyday. The WiFi was excellent. Food was good but not great. Plenty of vegetarian options. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby, however the feel is definitely one of low key. This suited us as we wanted a relaxing holiday. There is a bus stop nearby to take you anywhere across the island. We would return as we thought the hotel offered excellent value.
