This was our first visit to Antalya and this hotel, and it was truly fantastic. The service, food, activities, and staff were all amazing. However, I want to especially mention Mr Ufuk, the front desk manager. He responded to our issues promptly throughout our stay, making us feel like VIP guests. We were impressed by his attention and care. Thank you again, my friend. We will definitely return to this hotel next year. Greetings from Birmingham

Once again had a wonderful stay here, the food and the service is amazing. Most importantly the friendliness of the staff really helps feel at home. The territory is also spacious and beautiful. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly and on time as well.

Hotel offers an unforgettable retreat with their exceptional massage services by Zynap. From the serene ambiance to the skilled masseuse, every aspect of the experience is tailored for ultimate relaxation. However, a minor inconvenience was having only one room card, which caused some inconvenience when coordinating access between multiple guests.

It's my 4th time in Antalya and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The food was repetitive and the only night i enjoyed was Turkish Night which was something different. My friend who is vegetarian did not have a lot of options and lived off pasta and salad which isn't great if you have paid for all inclusive. (some food didn't even have label on which was frustrating for my vegetarian friend) The room was nice, clean and spacious however the ac was not working on one of the days which was a hot day, I rang the reception and one of the employees was absolutely rude. It was soo hot and my diabetic friend felt like she was going to have a hypo which they would not understand. They had finally switched it on after multiple calls (yes they control the AC) The service, the staff do work really hard like Yusuf from the restaurant. Yusuf was soo attentive, some staff were rude and did not understand requests, we had to use google translator. The Wifi went down on one of the days and WiFi doesn't work everywhere in the hotel. One of the entertainers, on the entertainment night had asked anyone from England? And we had shouted we are and he asked 'where are you really from?' in front of all the audience. They can't comprehend brown people can also be British being born here in the UK. Really racist here if you are brown. I read reviews there is an iron so I didn't bring my travel iron. There is NO iron, you have to pay extra for laundry service. (most hotels provide an iron) I will be honest, I won't be coming back here. I would recommend to go to Aska Lara as it was the best hotel I have been to in Antalya and couldn't fault it.
