From the moment we arrived at Voyage Hotel in Side, we were completely surprised by the excellent service and the extraordinary quality of the staff. What a fantastic reception and what a positive attitude the staff radiates! Particularly, Ali and Yaşar, the assistants assigned to us as guests, were true standouts. Their involvement and accommodation were remarkable; they went out of their way to ensure that we, as guests, wanted for nothing. This duo truly enhances the hotel, and their approach contributes greatly to the overall satisfaction of the guests. The hotel’s concept is clearly focused on quality and customer satisfaction, and I can affirm that it completely holds true. As a business owner who also values service highly, this level of service provision was exactly what I appreciate. Our experience as a family was so exceptional that it surprised us why we hadn’t encountered it earlier. Therefore, I highly recommend to anyone reading this to seriously consider staying here. Just came back from a holiday @VoyageSorgun with my family that I really needed. I have been to Side many times but never tried this resort, we did hear nice stories about it from people we have met. Let's start with arriving at the resort, we were being nicely received by the employees and got offered drinks. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, they were patient as they knew we had travelled a long way to get there. We have a newborn and needed a crib which was delivered in minutes after I asked for it by phone. The next morning we finally got to see how beautiful the complex was where we were staying. It is truly amazing and beautiful and so big (spacious). The food in the restaurant was very diverse and super tasty! You don't need to eat outside in expensive restaurants, as the food there is from a very high quality! It is even possible to eat 24 hours a day as there is always a place which is open for some food. After you have finished your meal there is of course always some space for a dessert, and let me warn you here, the desserts they have are so good and sweet! That's maybe the only negative point I have for the resort, because you can go back home gained 5 to 20 kg because you are enjoying life! :) But luckily they also have a gym with plenty of equipment which you can use to burn all the nice food you have been eaten. Speaking for my children they really really really loved the ladies from the kids club. The kids can be entertained from 10.00 - 00.00 (I do not recommend you to do it hahaha) but there is such a big time frame for every parent to have some quality time with their partner. I cannot wait to go there again to enjoy our lives and forget all the work and stress we have in our country. Kind regards, Hicham

Outstanding in every aspect. Having stayed in many all inclusive resorts over many years, this one sets an exceptional standard which will be near impossible to better. Our stay in Voyage Sorgun was absolutely amazing primarily because of the fabulous care and service the hotel team gave us! Starting with the food, the variety was huge, and the quality of every dish was of a very high standard in the buffet, and in the à la carte restaurants . When we wanted a break from the buffet, we dined in the a la carte Chinese restaurant, which we loved. We also enjoyed eating at the various beach side bars for lunch which provide a good range of dishes. There were a wide range of drinks, something for everyone, and the bar staff would quickly make what you ordered, cheerfully! Alongside this, the Patisserie and chocolate bar are highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth, as the desserts are creatively made, absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Moving onto the service, we experienced outstanding service, and it was easy to order and have drinks delivered anywhere simply by scanning a qr code.. Linking to this, it was very fun and convenient to be able to jump right into the azure Mediterranean ocean from the jetty, making the resort truly unique in this way. Swimming was one of our highlights, be it in the ocean which is always breathtaking, or be it in the chilling pools, not to mention the five slides in the aqua park, for some thrills. The beach was amazingly clean, and we witnessed many breathtaking sunsets, sitting on the jetty, sipping drinks. In the evenings, the entertainment was impressive, and when it would get cold in the night, the fabulous team would provide blankets for the warmth needed! Performances, concerts and the nightly disco were great fun! We were super impressed by the stunts and talent! If you wished to take a break from the outside, you could go to the games room to play pool or ten pin bowling, cinema, indoor pool, as well as the spa, where we experienced great treatment, so you would never get bored, because of the range of activities presented! Overall, an incredible resort, all inclusive and exclusive, can’t wait to return.

Excellent location set in beautiful tree-lined grounds with a stretch of beach in front of the hotel. Approximately 50 minutes walk along the beach or ten minute taxi ride to Side town with a lovely Marina and the historical sites of the amphitheatre and Temple of Apollo. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly including the maintenance people, those cleaning up the facilities, the wait persons, chefs, activity staff and assistants. The grounds and facilities were beautifully maintained. The standard of food, drink and entertainment were excellent. The variety and availability of food was amazing, so good we've put on weight and are in need of a diet now 😂 Favourite meal has to be at the Japanese Tepanyaki restaurant, the show and food was really special. Wide range of premier drinks including several malt whiskies. Chocolate and patisserie counter were mothwateringly good. Sevgi (yoga girl) and Kubra(botchi) were lovely. The two people who took the aqua aerobics and other were enthusiastic, energetic and made the workouts really fun. Zahnar, Roza and Ghulzan ( assistants/ personal customer liason ) were exceptional, doing everything to make sure our holiday was wonderful. We will definitely go back, looking for availability later in the year already.!

This hotel is simply superb. Don't hesitate come here you won't be disappointed. I am amazed how well this hotel functions and has perfected all the small details that make a vacation super.
