I am currently staying at Voyage Belek, and it is an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The staff go above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay is perfect. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this place apart.
The facilities are nothing short of incredible. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the pools are pristine, and the fitness center is well-equipped. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active.
The food is absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious options at every meal. From gourmet dining to casual bites, everything is top-notch.
What truly makes Voyage Belek a must-stay for families is the incredible family entertainment available 24/7. From fun activities for kids to engaging shows and games for all ages, there’s always something exciting happening. Our kids are entertained from morning until night, making it a stress-free and enjoyable vacation for everyone.
Overall, Voyage Belek exceeds all of our expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

As a person with very high standards when it comes to hotels, I must say that, overall, I have a very positive impression of this hotel.
The service at the pool bar is quick and very friendly. Orders can be placed easily via QR codes hanging from the parasols, allowing you to order from your sunbed using your phone.
Another very positive aspect was that at the children's water park, there were 5-6 lifeguards visible throughout the day at various locations.
A huge compliment to the staff at Tugi’s Kids Club. Our very shy daughter wanted to visit the club every day and absolutely loved it. We also had a great feeling about it—the staff were truly dedicated and took excellent care of the children.”
The hotel itself is very clean, and our cleaning lady was always attentive and friendly. Our room was cleaned thoroughly and beautifully every day (a very kind woman!)
Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the beach that much, but that’s just the nature of the location, so the hotel can’t be blamed for that.

The best at least! We would like to extend a huge thank you to our assistants, Ms. Sarvenaz and Mr. Abbacheikh, who were always attentive and super kind! The only area where we were not satisfied was the buffet food and the italian a la cart. However, we have never been happy with buffet food at any hotel, as we have very high standards. That said, the majority of guests seemed completely satisfied, which was clear to see. When we casually mentioned this to Ms. Sarvenaz during a friendly conversation, she immediately involved the head chef to see what could be done to better accommodate us for the remainder of our stay. Even though it wasn’t really a complaint, but more of a passing remark, Ms. Sarvenaz made sure to reserve tables for us at various à la carte restaurants for the rest of our stay.
Mexican Restaurant - good food and really great team there!! So nice, we enjoyed it!!
Wen Restaurant - great food!!
Buzuki we will enjoy tomorrow but i‘m sure it will be great too.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. SARVENAZ and CHEF HÜSEYIN for this kind gesture. The staff are incredibly warm and caring, we enjoyed our conversation with them very much—employees like these are definitely a big win for the Voyage Group and they make such hotels really great!
A huge plus goes to the following staff members:
MRS SARVENAZ
MR ABBACHEICKH
CHEF HÜSEYIN
And the team at the Mexican Restaurant 👍🏻

The service at the hotel was at a good level. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the beach service was not very good. There were times when the drinks I ordered arrived warm, and it sometimes took 40 minutes to an hour for them to arrive after ordering. Additionally, the beach menu was very limited and could use more food options. Apart from this, the sea was very wavy, and we could only swim actively in the morning. Swimming in the evening was very tiring due to the waves. The beach had two large piers and countless sun loungers, providing ample space for everyone to relax comfortably.
In the restaurant, the food was good, but since this is Voyage, I expected it to be of higher quality. I don’t think the oil and ingredients used were of high quality because some of the food upset my stomach. The patisserie had an incredible variety, but I only tried a couple of things and expected better quality. I didn’t even finish some of the items I tried. Regarding evening entertainment, there were activities every day for both children and adults. I think this is a nice aspect, making it a good option for those who want to have fun. There were also many activities during the day like Pilates and aqua bike, among many others. Lastly, we had massages; there were two of us. The person who did my massage was professional and gave a good medical massage, but the massage my fiancé received was not the same. We both had medical massages, but they weren’t similar, and it could have been better.

Great hotel with great customer care team. All hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Alcohol wise everything is premium and bartenders are now what they are doing. Kids club was the best and my kid doesn’t want to leave the club. But in such kind of hotel your expectations are getting bigger…
- Alacart restaurants are hard to find a place only one time slot is booked and they are holding the table all evening even such a place. Also there is no backup booking or if you don’t show no meaningful penalty. We didn’t found a place in Turkish restaurant and made us feel bad…
- Left side of the Hotel a big construction going on and on the right side there is a big noise from air conditioning. There is no way to run from the noise :(
- This is a common hotel problem but people are holding the sun-beds with towels and there are a lot of sunbeds with no chance to use.
Edit: Turkish restaurant promised us to give a call if there is a place. After our diner I checked the restaurant, and quarter of the tables were free. I don’t believe all tables became full after restaurant refused us. Total disappointment…
Edit2: Hotel Customer Relations department got in touch with us for understanding our problem. Thanks for the good talk.
