Had a wonderful time and even after 14 years of coming to this resort am still impressed by the quality and service. The staff makes this experience extra special.
A special thanks to our beach butlers Ivan, Arturo and especially Luigi who never failed to stop by and shared great conversation and offers of assistance. Cant wait to see him the next time we come. Also our building butlers Gabriel, Belen, and Paris. Gabriel was fantastic and took care of everything when we first checked in.
Not a single negative experience at any point. Don’t hesitate to visit this resort.

There is so much to do and just not enough time in one week to hit it all.
We just went for my Aunts 60th birthday and had a blast!
Our butlers Moises and Susana were AMAZING! They help with all needs and stay In constant communication with you during your stay.
Rooms are absolutely beautiful! Yes they are a little bit musty and Damp but that is because of the climate in the area. Air conditioning worked just fine and we brought Damp rid to help pull out extra moisture.
The grounds are great, lots of wildlife around so it keeps it fun!
Downside is no direct access to the beach, service in restaurants can be hit or miss, and El gaucho was my least favorite.
Helios is beautiful and the saltwater pool is the best area to watch the sunrise! If back in Mexico I will be staying here again.!

We had an AMAZING vacation! If you come you HAVE yo stay at TRS Yucatan villa 66 so butlers Bernardo & George can take care of you! They are incredible! We were so spoiled! I've been to many AIs and this one was fantastic! The service is top notch. Everyone working at the resort is so nice! We never had to wait for a cart more than 5 minutes. But if you come to the Palladium group TRS Yucatan is the best way to go!

This was our 3rd resort in Mexico and by far our favorite. After staying at another similar adults-only resort with access to a larger resort for families, we were really impressed and happy with TRS. The resort is beautiful with so much greenery, terrain, and wildlife. Having 3 different pool options + a beach provided so much variety. We were happy with the food quality and options and think it's on-par or better than other resorts. With all of the amenities from the spa to the fitness + sports complex to the entertainment and activities we never ran out of things to do. The staff were extremely fun, friendly, and provided great service. We would come back and will recommend it to our friends and family!
