Such a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful resort. Amazing experience and very accommodating staff. Nicol, Natalie, and Manuel have all been particularly amazing. They anticipate your needs before you ever have to ask. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Always quiet and friendly atmosphere. Great for a couples retreat!

Resort was just enough, enough of everything I needed for an amazing vacation. Julia the butler was super. Food was good, staff were incredible overall. Very attentive. Property is small enough to cover end to end every day. I had a swim up room but it was a short walk to the pool so I was able to enjoy the foam party and go back to my tranquility. It was a great time.

The food was really good for an all-inclusive resort, the service by the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the events they offer throughout each day keep you entertained. The view from the swim-up rooms is also amazing. The beach area isn’t really a beach - it’s a very small spot and has much murkier water than the rest of the ocean. Also, it wasn’t mentioned clearly while we checked in that we need to make a reservation for dinner, so keep that in mind if you plan on eating dinner here.

Charley has been a fantastic guy who has made our stay at the Cap Cana hotel wonderful. He is so full of life and gets us involved in all activities. The hotel is perfect for our needs. It is a good size, the rooms are comfortable which are cleaned to a high standard. The staff are so friendly and always willing to to help. Our butler Siegfredo has beef first class ensuring they we have everything we need. Despite checking in on my birthday he arrange for a cake and champagne to be in our room when we got back after our evening meal. Just hope the rest of the week goes the same full of fun, sun and sea/pool.

I love love love this resort, the food is delicious, and the staff is super super super sweet. Amazing customer service and lots of luxurious feel, we felt very relaxed here. Edwin & Francisco the bartenders are veryyyyy fun! Nicol is very sweet and fun! I would definitely visit this resort again.
