What an extraordinary stay at Cove Rotana! My family and I were absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our experience. The all-inclusive package was a true delight, allowing us to indulge in complimentary drinks across multiple outlets. The culinary offerings were exceptional, and I must commend the staff, particularly Sohni, whose warmth and kindness truly enhanced our stay. While our overall experience was superb, I do have a suggestion to further elevate it for future Indian guests: perhaps consider incorporating more Indian dishes into the menu. Nevertheless, the existing food options were exquisite, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Thank you for providing us with such a memorable and enjoyable stay!

wonderful place It is a really best hotel as they have excellent service around all the hotel special the Food fantastic and cocktails at all restaurants and bars was delicious. the staff very friendly always offering to assist us. location and rooms looks paradise. thanks every one working in this hotel for good performance special the management team.

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are really big and the bathroom is unbelievable with a bath and separate shower. Everywhere is clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. The food is really nice. It’s right on the beach. I highly recommend this hotel! We will be back.

Despite the beautiful location and wonderful resort. Unfortunately our stay is not good. We are currently in the hotel but couldn’t wait to post the review. We booked 2 garden view rooms with family to celebrate wedding anniversary of 02 couples. We reached resort around 2:30 for check in and they said unfortunately they don’t have rooms available in garden view so they will upgrade our rooms to pool view. But I don’t think it’s an upgrade, anyway they gave us the one room right away and said other room is not ready yet. I got the room keys at 5:30. Whole day was wasted infact not wasted we used that time for pool but kid wanted to sleep and we didn’t had room to put him in. Then the room is good but not to mention the washrooms.water is very slow in shower, there is bottle for conditioner but empty and main issue of water drainage. Also we asked for dental kits and it’s been more than hours but nobody responded to that. And worst part they gave us 02 single beds which we never wanted. We also have a baby so one single bed is not enough for a adult and child together. So my husband has to sleep on sofa bed.m with kid, Worst anniversary i guess. And i forgot to mention they gave anniversary cake to one couple but not to other. I guess they wanted us to share that one cake in one room 😀 But yes, it’s beautiful. Pools are so good. Beach is amazingly beautiful. Outside resort is very well maintained. Buggy staff is great and helpful and great service. Towel system at beach and pool is good. Slides at pool are much better than water parks. But overall stay not good. Adding ++ rooms are not sound proof. U can hear everything from the other room. If u plan to sleep long just forget it. It’s like a motel more than resort room.

The hotel itself is more like a small town rather than a hotel, with many rooms enjoying amazing views of the ocean. Multiple restaurants serve excellent food and the breakfast is very good indeed. Be aware that the cheaper rooms are down near the main road and do not have ocean views. Our main issue during our stay was the constant golf buggies moving people around the site. Not a big issue? Well it is when they are constantly reversing which leads to high pitched beeping throughout the night. 1am? You bet. 2am? Yes. 3am? Yes. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a problem on both nights. On top of that we also had issues with a party group next door on both nights and the front desk did nothing to help at all. We ended up having to go out and talk to them ourselves - at 3am in the morning. I love a party but smoking outside our room and making a racket at 3am is just not acceptable behaviour. When we book an expensive hotel we expect to be able to sleep well - and we did not.
