Our experience was amazing. The food is great, especially loved the Italian restaurant and the steak house, but you need to book it in advance. The adults pool is cool, I loved the fact that even though it’s a family hotel, there is still an adult pool, adult zone at the beach and the main restaurant so you don’t really get bothered by the screaming kids if you are traveling as a couple. Huge thanks to the hotel staff, they made the experience joyful. Everyone is well trained and knows what they are doing. Also thanks to Ester, she was very helpful.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough from arriving at the hotel an amazing experience begins it caters for every age group the facilities are fantastic the shows and the food, cleanliness of all the resort and attention to detail to ensure you have a brilliant stay. My only problem is being unable to list all the members of staff who go above and beyond but I must mention Mano and all his team Michael Ismail Abdul and all the Isla team May and all the lobby team.
In summary the the happiness of all the staff clearly is a reflection of good management. Well done to all and can’t wait to see you all again late October 😁

The food and drink selection is huge, you can for sure find something everyday you like, and maybe you don’t even have to repeat yourself haha
Place the chill next to the pool, by the sea, adults only infinitely pool and everything else.
My only downside is, that since it was almost full the hotel (I assume), breakfast places gets crowded easily, but after you’ve found your place to eat, it doesn’t really bother you anymore. The adults only breakfast tables could have been a little bit more separated, properly with a glass wall or something, because even tho there is an area, it has nothing between the regular area, so technically doesn’t change a thing.

We booked a room for just one night, marking my first stay at this hotel. After hearing glowing reviews from friends, I was eager to experience it myself. However, I was expecting something more luxurious, given the premium price.
The hotel's location is perfect for a staycation, and the service was not bad . Our room was spacious with a great view. Though our short stay limited us to two dining options, they were sufficient. The food was decent, though not outstanding. The pool area is impressively large, and the nighttime entertainment was a highlight of our stay.
The only downside is that the hotel appears somewhat outdated and would benefit from some refurbishment. I noticed signs of wear and tear in various areas, including the room where we stayed ,and corridors, which appeared dull. The lifts also seemed quite worn, which is unexpected for a hotel of Rixos' luxurious standard.

a good hotel for a family holiday, delicious food, there is a children's club and it is convenient. The number we got was not the best, although I am a privileged client of the system. since I am a resident of Dubai and I saw how beautiful the rooms look. Special thanks to the employee Samshad, he is a very friendly guy and he turns an ordinary room into a wonderful one!
