My wife and I recently embarked on a delightful 9-day holiday in Phuket, and our stay at the Pavillion Pool Villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and an abundance of space within the villa. The room service surpassed all expectations, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The hospitality extended by the reception staff, restaurant servers, and buggy drivers made us feel truly regal. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this sanctuary to anyone seeking a restful and enjoyable retreat.

What an amazing vacation thanks to The Pavilions Phuket. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately by Sharon who provided us with flowers and cold beverages. The check in process was such a breeze. We stayed in an oceanview pool villa and I must say we were blown away! This villa was absolutely beautiful and so grand. The pool was definitely my favorite because of the amazing views. Every morning, our villa was cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels. The resort itself is also amazing. We had breakfast and a dinner at Alto and the food was great, breakfast was definitely a favorite. Also, all of the staff is very friendly and polite. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide us with information regarding tours and markets. My husband and I cant wait to visit again. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond. Highly recommend staying at The Pavilions Phuket.

We loved staying at The Pavilions! It felt very secluded, but close enough to explore everything around us from Banana Beach to Boat Avenue. Would highly recommend renting a scooter, not only helpful to get around the property due to hills and size of property but made it easy to go out and explore everything around us. We got a garden room and loved it as we got our own little private yard with other rooms above. Morning breakfasts were delicious and the whole staff was incredible and helpful.

Absolutely loved my stay at Pavilions Phuket. We stayed in the pool villa and it was very nice, luxury, clean and comfortable. The entire property is beautiful and well kept. The staff really goes above and beyond. We especially enjoyed cocktails and tapas at the 306 bar while watching the sunset. Highly recommend :)

This gem of a resort is unmatched in hospitality. The staff here will take good care of you, especially Wut. Wut provided us with non-tourist trap recommendations during our stay as well as told us what is worth seeing and what is just a waste of time or too busy. The rooms are very clean and plenty of amenities offered on premise. While the resort is further away from everything (tourist hotspots), they do have a shuttle to take you to the nearby beach that is never crowded or busy. The resort itself is massive and while it is possible to walk around, we highly recommend either renting your own motorbike or arranging a golf cart to take you to your destination on premise.
