Absolutely best resort I have ever been to! The grounds were immaculately kept and the food was wonderful but what made the stay for us was the staff. George at reception was so welcoming and very helpful. Whenever we had a question or request he had the answer immediately. Ahmed was responsible for our room/turn down service and he always exceeded our expectations. He was so friendly and helpful with any requests we had, and our room was always spotlessly clean. Our favorite part of the day was dinner in the gourmet market hall. I do not believe it would be possible to deliver better service. Absolute shout-out to Abanoub. He made every meal there a memory. Always made sure we had everything we needed, from the first day remembered what we preferred to drink and would have it ready before we could even ask. Absolute legend. My husband and I both plan on returning as the entire experience was unforgettable and all the staff really do make you feel as though you are home.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The grounds were immaculately looked after. I really enjoyed the 9 hole par 3 golf course and had a round every day. The restaurants were pleasant and the choice of food excellent. The adult exclusive beach area was a nice place to relax. I had a couple of massages in the spa, which were excellent and about half UK prices. The bar area tended to be very quiet and we chose to go to the bar in the main hotel most evenings. If you are happy to stay within the hotel complex and not go beyond the adjacent street, then this is a great place to go. The local town has little to offer, is pretty filthy and probably best avoided, though you will go through it to get to the marina. The marina area is ok, if a little tacky. With the hotel only about 15 minutes from the airport it’s great not having to face a long taxi/coach transfer.

Came here as a solo, female traveller in April 2024 for 2 nights and I'm already planning my next visit back. I've been to Hurghada for many years and this was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I carefully researched the best reviewed, all-inclusive adult only hotel and this was the most suitable. My stay was beyond perfect - all the staff were so friendly and polite. The hotel amenities are 5* and the food is the best all inclusive food I've ever had in any hotel. A special thank you to Mary in the reception and restaurant who was very sweet and I felt she was always looking out for me. Also, thank you to the Asem the Chef in the gourmet restaurant who made special dishes on request for me. I wish I had a chance to try the other restaurants but I was only here for a short time and it was peak season so they were very booked. The pool side entertainment was great and the location is in an enclosed compound that is safe and clean. There is a private beach, very clean. There is a restaurant / bar right next to the beach. The fish and chips were amazing! The room was beyond comfortable, with many 'welcome' gifts. Extremely close to Hurghada Airport, about 10minutes Thank you again to everyone who made my stay feel special and perfect

Perfect weekend Just came back from the great weekend in this hotel. We had a fantastic time there. This place had a great beach and pool with super service from all the team. The cleanliness was impressive, with the staff doing an excellent job, special thanks for the house keeper. Overall, we booked this hotel after recommendations and it even exceeded our expectations. Great foam party on Thursday and live entertainment with shops. Also there is cool night club in 2 minutes from our hotel and we went at least 3 times there. Already looking to book it again!

Perfect stay. Superb service, can only recommend. Everything very clean, all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived to this beautiful place. Delicious and varied food even for the vegan guests. I enjoyed having access to the hotels beside with their pool area and on top of it - lazy river! Will be back soon ;)
