The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is great and there is a lot of variety in the choice of food. The room we were in is spacious and clean. Island poolbar is the best bar. They have the best cocktails and the bartenders are very friendly. The quality of the drinks is perfect. We really consider coming back here since we had a lovely vacation.

Hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff is really friendly and professional. We are amazed with cocktails and bar service. Food is absolutely amazing especially meat. Rooms are spotless and clean. Nothing more we can desire.

We have been here six times. The resort rooms probably need a refresh... But do not be put off the people are great, nothing is too much trouble, a problem they will sort it. They want the best experience for you. The food is great with plenty of choice but and Ahmed at the beach bar would agree the service and people are the best, more because they genuinely remember you. Don't believe me talk to Ahmed at the beach bar he will ensure you have a great time. We are here for a couple more weeks and Ahmed and the team will keep us happy.

Have been at this hotel 10 times & returned again for my birthday. Food is always 1st class, customer service exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. We have watched the new animation team grow in confidence over the past week in entertaining. All are friendly & will go out of their way to make guests happy. An amazing holiday as always! We have been to the Mamlouk now 8 times. We return because of the Friendly staff, who are like family. Most go above and beyond to help out and make you feel welcome. I do feel now that the ever increasing costs imposed by TUI are making the Hotel too expensive. Although clased as 5☆ our room was looking very tired, with a sink plug not working, mould on the grout in the shower area and plenty of cracked/damaged wall tiles in the bathroom. I appreciate you are renovating the rooms at present and it's a slow process, but being charged 5☆ money for 3☆ accommodation is not good. The paths are to slippery, because they are polished too much. These should be slip resistant surfaces. The pier looks great now but could do with more shade, more seating and perhaps a bar. Overall, we love your Hotel, and fantastic staff, but feel the prices are too expensive at present. Unfortunately we one 1 weeks holiday at the Christmas Tombola a few years ago, but couldn't come due to Covid restrictions. We always look forward to returning and seeing the lovely friends we've made with your staff.
