We visited first time in Rixos Marina I'd like to share our experience which all about positive during our stay. We have just 2 nights and we got amazing and lovely service from staff. Since we are in lobby, reception staff are welcome with Smile and giving information all about Hotel. Checked in was very fast of course we can rest early in our room. The room was big and large as well as bathroom with big bathtub if you want there has shower room as well you can choose whatever you want. Here is my point about housekeeping they are such a lovely staff smiling at all the time greeting every morning room cleaning was done on time and we are happy with their service. Thank you Saw Saw you have memorable service with us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining a high standard throughout my stay, especially Samira. The rooms were spotless, with fresh linens, well-vacuumed carpets, and pristine bathrooms that truly made me feel at ease. Even the common areas like the lobby and hallways were impeccably maintained, with no signs of dust or dirt in sight.
I appreciated the attention to detail; they consistently replenished toiletries and ensured that everything was organized. The staff also showed a clear commitment to hygiene, following best practices to keep the environment safe and welcoming. Overall, the hotel’s cleaning service exceeded my expectations, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who values cleanliness and a well-kept space.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially considering it is rated as a 5-star property. In my opinion, it barely qualifies for a 2- or 3-star rating. I believe the ratings you may come across are misleading, as the experience from check-in to check-out was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the NFC cards did not work properly with the elevators—I had to try three different lifts before one finally worked. Every detail in the hotel felt substandard, from the carpets, flowers, and smell to the room doors and beds, which were of very low quality, more comparable to a 2-star hotel. The decor was well below the expected standard for a 5-star establishment.
Additionally, we were only provided with two bottles of water for three people, and the fridge was in complete disarray. To my surprise, it contained low-quality children’s milk, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
The room itself was dirty—shampoos were disorganized, there was water around the sink, fingerprints were everywhere, and there was a strong smell of dampness, even in the public areas, which they tried to mask with cheap fragrances, including in the elevators.
Although the manager changed my room to a slightly better one, I still couldn’t trust the cleanliness, especially since many hidden areas were clearly not cleaned. I eventually decided to leave the hotel altogether. This experience was completely unexpected for a Rixos property, especially after staying at the Rixos in Dubai, where I had a completely different and much more positive experience. This branch at Abu Dhabi Marina is simply not worth the money.
