Great stay, we loved it! Shows it’s ‘old money’ class! The staff are the real stars here!! Our checkin was smooth, we were upgraded, thank you! The concierge was so polite and attentive to little details every time! The dining staff were so so nice - we went for breakfast and dinners - breakfast was busy period but they have done a fantastic job keeping the food plates full and prompt service. Dinner was calm fine dining environment and staff attended to little details like getting a straw for my little one every day! Food was very tasty and plenty of options! Had excellent variety over the week - not boring repeats! Our suite had lovely water views, not a shiny new skyscraper but the building could/may be classed as heritage, management has done a fantastic job maintaining it! The water park was super nice with wave pool, kids section, etc. kids spent a lot of time there and enjoyed it! We’d go again, highly recommended!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. Thank you for taking care Mr Siraj 🥰 You did a great job The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Room 4/10 Breakfast 8/10 Staff 8/10 It’s the oldest hotel of the area. So the rooms were not good. The Ac made noise. The rooms are small and bathroom is dingy. If you are not gonna be in the room much then you can book it. Hotel had many restaurants and clubs around which was great. The view from the hotel is very nice. Attaching the pic of the view from my room and the pool n beach access which is on the opposite side of the street.

**Amazing Stay with Friendly and Welcoming Staff!** I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to the amazing staff, Ms SANJTHA at reception. From the moment we walked in, we was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Check-in was smooth, and they provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and their genuine friendliness made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a place where hospitality and comfort are a priority, this is definitely the hotel for you. Highly recommended!
