Fantastic hotel. Definitely amazing to have such a large nature zone backing directly onto the beach. And the view of the mountains. Hammocks, day beds, trees and flowers. It's paradise here. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Went there with my parents, to have some relaxed, off time. Being during winter, it helped with less crowd and more peaceful environment. Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is good, garden -albeit small- is nicely manicured, facilities are satisfactory. And cats, street cats everywhere! We love cats so it wasn't a problem for us but I can see how it can be disturbing for the guests who are not particularly amenable to pets because they tend to come and sit with you while you're sipping your coffee in the lounge. :)

We stayed 4 nights, It was indeed unpleasant experience at the hotel for the following reasons:
1) Rooms temperature was hot, we called them to fix and after around 40 minutes the technician arrived and couldn’t fix it, we called their manager and eventually he told s it is a central AC and they couldn’t do anything about it. When we open the balcony window at night, loud music noises starts every night at 10 Pam as the pool party starts!
2) We had all inclusive food option, there are plenty of food options but all dishes are tasteless or under cooked, not at all close to usual Turkish Cosine.
3) There are some staines at the toilet seats after they cleaned it although we left it clean before they arrive to clean it.
4) Hotel is pretty far from major attractions such as Old City, Land of Legends, Airport etc. It will take around 1 hour to drive one way!
All in all, not recommended

Aqua cycling was a great activity for all the ages. The trainer Esma was really nice and friendly, very motivating during activities and always checked wether everyones doing alright. Mountain biking with Malika was also an amazing experience, not only was it a good training session, she showed us good foto spots and explained some of the places we saw.

I encountered terrible treatment of visitors. We planned to move to this hotel the next day and arrived at 5:30 PM by taxi after a half-hour journey just to check out the area before booking the hotel. At the entrance, the security connected us to the reception, and the man flatly refused to let us in. Even though we said we didn't need to see anything in detail, just a quick look at the hotel grounds to get an idea of the size. The staff member didn't even try to understand our situation, even though I offered to show documents and explained that we had traveled a long way. I believe such behavior from an employee is not worthy of the Rixos network, where we have stayed before. It left a bad taste, wasted time, and of course, we won't be coming back.
