Had a very beautiful time there. I’ve read a lot of evaluations that said the rooms are old and not up to date - I can definitely not confirm this! Great, chic rooms (some drawers are maybe a little bit loose but it’s okay) with an huge TV. But the highlight is definitely the breathtaking view. The staff is very courteous and kind, no matter what your concern is. Also the location of the hotel in NYC is practical.
All in all I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms not ready at 6pm, had to wait for 2,5 hours before we could get the room. No compensation was offered, only after asking we could get a complimentary drink, very bad price/quality. The place is in dyer need of renovation, very run down hotel, not worth the price. The view was good..

Location, location, location. This was our third trip to NYC-. So far, this has been the best location we've stayed in...by far. You're surrounded by subway stations, restaurants, shopping, etc. Super convenient, and while the area is busy it's not as hectic as other parts of Manhattan.
The room was just...OK. It was really more like 2.5 stars. Furniture is dated and worn. We had 2 TV's but only one remote. The carpeting was dated and worn. The beds were comfy, but sheets were...dated and worn. The restroom was fine, but...dated and worn. We booked a corner suite with a nice layout and an amazing view of One World Trade Center. The lobby was nice, and staff was welcoming. The air freshener in the lobby smells nice, but after a couple of days it does become a bit overbearing. Front desk staff was awesome...super helpful, courteous, and nice. Elevators left something to be desired. Only 2 of the 4 seemed to be working, and the 2 that did work were a bit shaky and jarring.
Overall, we'd probably stay there again...mostly due to the location. It really is super convenient.

I’d like to start with a positive note: the staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel were truly lovely. They were accommodating, kind, and did their best to assist us.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself left much to be desired. Upon entering, we were overwhelmed by an overpowering floral perfume. The lobby felt run-down, though it was passable. The elevators were quite unclean but manageable. However, once we exited the elevator, things took a turn for the worse. The hallways and rooms were in a shocking state—stains and scratches were everywhere, and the curtains were falling down. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and clearly needed replacing; no amount of shampooing could fix that. To top it off, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls.
We tried to move to another room but it just didn't matter. They were all the same.
This room cost me $1150 for the evening. Absurd.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Broken air conditioner in my room was "fixed" by shutting it off. Had to move to another room and was offered no apology or assistance. The second room was filthy. Here is a picture of the chair in the room. I think we all know what caused that stain. Checking out I was offered a $100 refund. My bill was $1400. Will never stay there again.
