Ok, my review might not be objective. The food is fine (even though I had constipation for like 2-3 days, but I blame this on the climate change,l). The rooms were clean and the cleaning personnel is very courteous and nice. As a woman, I was feeling very uncomfortable because most of the staff was quite clingy- complementing, whispering in ear, asking about my age etc. the animation team was trying their best, they have quite nice artists, however, they do push you to participate, that’s not nice. If I was alone, i wouldn’t feel safe here.

Probably wouldn't revisit. Found the beds to be harder than concrete and it genuinely ruined the entire stay. The twin room we stayed in was very cramped and it was very dated and had a lot to be desired with the finishing touches Found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant Food was very good and had plenty of options. Common areas and pools were in very good condition and nicely maintained. Location is situated bang slap in the middle of hurghada and is great to walk to most places.

Generally a very disappointing experience. There are some parts which look quite pretty (the reception and walk down to the beach) and they are lucky enough to be on the red sea, so they advertise this. However, in reality, the rest of the hotel sucks - especially when considering their attention to detail. It is advertised as 4+ stars, but it should be 2 or 3 stars at the most. None of the staff are trained properly and the rooms are terrible. The pool bar plays loud music until 2 am every day, none of the rooms have hot water and people who work in the shops constantly hassle you to buy from them.

Regular throughout the hotel. The meals are always the same, the people who work in the hotel are very friendly but there are some who are not. In my case I paid for one night and when I asked for an extension we had problems because they changed the all inclusive seals to breakfast only. We had paid the same and the lady at the reception asked us for 180 euros more to get the all inclusive seal back (almost 3 times more than what we had paid initially). They were not able to resolve the situation and ended up doing it in a bad way. The place is nice in common areas but the room is quite small.

Overall very horrible and poor experience. 1. Bathroom really dirty and need to be renovated, toilet seat yellow, curtains got stains on them,cigarette burns in bath tub, no bath plug, bath drain mouldy and rusty. 2. All plates, cups and bowls are chipped, breakfast, lunch and dinner alawys the same. Rice and pasta was only eatable. 3. People from hotel selling you massage, trips etc. Rip you off. So be carefull most of the time they want double the price then online. 4. Beach very small and no room for the amount people they have. No sun loungers as people throw their towls to book. 5. Pool very small and kids pool water is freezing cold. 6. Slides are very very old and dangerous. 7. Kids play park has nothing that is safe. Not much to do for children overall. 8. Ice cream is only for kids and served at beach bar so have to walk the whole hotel to get their. Served between 13-15pm. Nothing to choose from you just get what their is. 9. When we was checking out we gave our card back after a min i forgot my coat so ran back to the room. Come downstair reception say we smashed glass table in the room. Where no one even went to check the room so i wonder how they knew their was a smashed glass. My mistake was i didnt take a picture of it on the first day which ive learnt a lesson to always take pictures first thing when entering the room. We came late at night went for dinner and came back to room and went to sleep. Woke in the morning and i asked my partner did he see that the glass on table is smashed he said yes it was already their. We got charged 15 dollars which is not a lot and i wouldn't mind paying if we knew it was one of us. 10. Tips- all staff want to be tipped amd if you dont tip you get treated like trash so tip every and they will be running around you doing circles. 11. Views from room are horrible and its close to main street so all night you hear cars beeping, people arguing and someone praying at 4 oclock in the morning everyday. 12. Your allowed to smoke everywhere, even in the rooms, so room stink of cigarettes also as the rest of the hotel. Not very nice if you have children. 13. Baby seat very dirty and no hygienic. Overall we had a good time in Hurghada and we will be coming back but just not to this resort.
