Amazing place and amazing staff the lounge bar is the place to be for great drinks. The best cocktails we have had. The rooms are cleaned so beautifully. As I said amazing staff and always so friendly. Food is good too. They went above and beyond for us being dairy free. The desk to the right of reception tell them about your allergies and they will put it on paper and you take it to breakfast lunch and dinner and they will cater to your needs.

When we was first given a room, it looked run-down, floors were dirty and a fair walk away from anything. After complaining and having to pay for an upgraded room (€10 per night extra), we were given a lovely room with a beautiful view of the resort. Our room was cleaned everyday and our cleaner was friendly. The shops in the hotel are an absolute robbery, made up prices on the spot! £4-English pounds for 2 big bags of Lays, you're better off going to Senzo Mall to get some snacks but be prepared to pay around €10 for a taxi there and back because there's no shops within walking distance from the hotel. FOOD: They try their best to work really hard, the staff are always on the go. The food itself isn't that great, very bland and a small amount of variety but expect to see no change on the menu as everyday has basically the same choices. The breakfast is probably the best time for food in my opinion. We both had upset stomachs, even though we were careful to have no ice in our drinks and washed hands frequently. The beach is very good, not too much soft sand but the views are amazing. The beds are comfortable and the sea is beautiful with small fish to see in shallow water and very warm as well. Zeta's snack bar is nice, simple food but it's decent. If you stay by the pool, expect reps to be constantly trying to persuade you to use their service (massages, spa, snorkeling etc.) Only on the last day did we realise you can get a red flag from the towel kiosk to stop them coming up to you, as the hotel makes no attempt to tell you this! The pharmacy is really helpful and fairly priced and seems to be the only store that isn't trying to overcharge you. Overall, the hotel is stunning and the grounds are kept in great condition, the beach is beautiful and the workers are friendly but I would not say its delivering a 5 star service, 4 is being generous. The entertainment nights are good. However, next time I will be looking at a hotel closer to shops.

Awesome resort with the most delightful people. Lots to see & do without leaving the resort if you like swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling in the sea off the pier & generally having a relaxing time. The restaurants offer lots of variety, food is fresh, drinks are available pretty much everywhere & staff are super helpful & accommodating Will return in the future

Stayed here for 5 nights 27/01/2024. Rude staff, all men staff constantly flirts with every female, even when they can see they’re in a relationship. The staff don’t look like they enjoy their job the way the serve us (rude). Constantly bothering you when you’re sunbathing to buy and do activities. All the hotel staff care about is money, they’ll try their hardest to get more money out of you. Food was terrible, bland and tasteless. Don’t have much options for British food. Very disappointed in the food, except through the day time. The day time snacks were the only thing keeping me and many others going. Don’t have much vegetarian options. Evening entertainment was boring every night. Alcoholic drinks were vile except a tequila sunrise. The vodka is definitely not vodka and smells worse than tequila. Other than that, the only positive things were - Nice beach and stunning views Nice pools. Would I return to this hotel? No.

Had a fab holiday with our friends for a week. Improvements are on going but overall its lovely. Loads of pools to choose from and the beach. Very child friendly would advise you buy a data sim card €20 for 20Gb well worth it as no WiFi out of reception and you need it to book restaurants and find out anything about the hotel. There's a gym and one on the beach also yoga, sumba and a foam party. Had a great boat trip with The Morning Star fabulous guys. Plenty places to eat and drink although hard to book into the restaurants they get booked quickly.
