The place is beautiful and the house cleaner was friendly and efficient. The buffet was good, but the staff was horrible. No water most days or coffee had to get your own, and if you did ask for a pop, it took forever to get to the table. I understand that mother nature can't be controlled, but there is only one pool for the whole resort, and it was closed for 2 days. Also the people on the beach scared my 15 year old daughter who went to the beach, a person approached her and put birds on her to take a picture, she didn't have any money and he wouldn't let her leave until she paid him she had to run away because she was so scared. I understand people have to make money, but they shouldn't do it at someone's mental health. I was very disappointed in this resort, especially for the amount we paid. Also, the restaurants you have to make a reservation and most days can't get through to make one. Then we went, and they served my daughter an alcoholic drink after telling them she was under age. We were so disappointed in the restaurant that we left before the desert we were left there for 3 hrs, no one checked on us. I've been to other resorts and will not go back to this one. The only thing that lived up to the hype was the kids' splash park.

Amazing service and attention, Ramon and Alexander at the Rivera Restaurant in the Level were super detailed, attentive, and friendly. The whole staff was great. Great experience overall. The employees were all very professional and efficient. Food at the level was fantastic lots of variety with quality. Beach is in a prime nearby location to other beaches and is endless. The rooms need a bit of work in being updated as well as being cleaned deeper and better. 4.5/5.

Leaving the Meliá from our 6 night honeymoon. Only good things to say about the resort. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you. Alam was with us all week and he was great. He booked all of our reservations and made sure we had everything we needed. He stayed in contact with us daily and asked us on multiple occasions if he could do anything for us. The resort was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time ! Hotel is very pretty and the animation/entertainment was great ! Kiara was super fun and happy. They make the best of your vacation. The only negative that I see is transportation.. you need transportation to move around the hotel ( you can walk but it’s super hot and sometimes you’re tired) the car is not constant and just wait for them make you waste a lot of time . They should have more coordination

The restaurant Hacienda was absolutely fabulous! We had an amazing buffet with a lot of options for our whole family. The workers Daysi & Juan did an amazing job taking care of our table! I would recommend to others! The best dinner we had our entire vacation!
