Our stay was exceptional!
We book for 3days all inclusive. Foods are delicious, Drink all you can or should i say drink till you drop 😅. And the view from our room is spectacular! For we book Superior room with front sea view. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable." My son had so much fun at the water park! Highly recommended!!

STAFF RECEPTION!! One lady very rude the rest of them were lovely and nice to talk to. There’s 3 of us On a girls holiday asking about the boat excursion and instantly she was raising her voice for no reason. Maybe because we look young but Just disrespectful and made it difficult to book. Thankfully we went and had a good time the driver was lovely.

In general, the hotel is fine. The service and cleanness in the restaurant was good, the food was delicious. The drawbacks: room cleaning (floor was not cleaned every day), the sound isolation in the room could be better, and there was almost no information for the guests as to where the facilities are (pool, sauna, spa etc.), what time they are open, the wifi password information in the room was not correct.

Just returned home having spent a week in this beautiful hotel. What absolutely wonderful staff. They go way above and beyond to help, such friendly people, nothing was ever too much trouble. One of the waiters on the main buffet restaurant Shaki Ahmed was so helpful, polite and courteous, as were most of the waiting staff and bar people. I also had an amazing back massage from the wonderful Anna in the spa, it was truly amazing. The sunsets are beautiful if you manage to have a beautiful room with a sea view. We will definitely return to this hotel again. Date visited 16/2/24- 23/2/24

Where to start with this place, what a hotel this is. The hotel itself is absolutely huge and commands an impressive location right on the beach.
Generally the hotel is immaculately presented and maintained, with some areas in need of a slight update due to the vastness of the place. Rooms are of a high standard but don't offer much privacy if sharing with a friend.
The food is really very good indeed with a huge selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. During our visit we dined at the a la carte restaurants twice (Greek and Italian). The Greek was delicious but it is a mezze style with 5 courses and HUGE portions, so prepare yourself. The Italian was simply delicious and honestly couldn't fault as it served on the rooftop bar area with absolutely stunning 180degree views of the coastline.
Location: beautiful location right on the seafront, and the hotel provides almost everything that you could want, unless what you want is to venture out. To travel to any busy night areas with more selections of food and rink you will have to walk for over 30mins or travel via bus or taxi. Fortunately Mike's Taxis deals with the hotel and offer a very reliable and relatively cheap service for popping into Paphos old town market or the harbour.
The pool area offers entertainment through the day with night time entertainment being from the terrace and then indoors. The night time entertainment was not very good whilst we stayed, but it didn't detract from our holiday at all. The hotel has a water park available to guests across the road and is free if you wear your all inclusive wrist band. If you have kids this is worth a visit. Our 8yr old son absolutely loved the 10 slides, pools and lazy river on offer here. Guests have to pay for refreshments here but it is well worth a visit (we spent the majority of our time here as it was far quieter than the main hotel pool area).
All in all this is an excellent resort which I'd be happy to return too.
