Excellent hotel.great location to beach.basically on the beach. Pool fantastic .Both the pool brilliant .all spotless. food amazing .rooms spotless. . And mostly the staff are all so nice.always smiling and happy looking . Special shout to LOGO in the evening bar , always a smile and remembers your drink order. From the room staff to restaurant staff all always see managers walking around making sure all is good. Highly recommend if you have children

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar Ciudad Blance, the experience was elevated to a whole new level by the incredible staff.From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality and a glass of champagne and ice-cream for the children. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was seamless and efficient. They were attentive to my needs and made me feel truly valued as a guest.Throughout my stay, every interaction with the staff was marked by professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Whether it was the housekeeping team keeping my room immaculate, the restaurant staff providing excellent service during meals, or the concierge offering valuable recommendations for local attractions, everyone I encountered at the hotel was exceptional.What truly stood out to me was the personalized attention to detail. With particular mention of Adriana in the Lounge bar who was exceptional. Staff took the time to remember my preferences, anticipate my needs, and ensure that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. It's evident that they take pride in their work and are committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.Overall, the amazing staff made my stay truly memorable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service in a beautiful setting. The choice of food was fantastic, so be prepared to put on a couple of lbs ;)

Really good location. Good food and wonderful staff. The kids entertainment is superb. A big thank you to all the kids club staff, especially Zara. Special thank you to reception staff Tony and Tollo for being so wonderdul. We are leaving now, but if we ever come back to Alcudia we definitely will be staying at this hotel.

Great hotel and lovely staff, right on the beach. Food was fabulous and absolutely loved the lounge bar and the friendly barman :) have to mention how spotless the hotel is the staff work so hard to keep it clean

Comfortable room, spotlessly clean, with incredible views of the turquoise waters just outside the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, and all hotel staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. Perfect location to explore the north section of Mallorca, including Alcúdia and Pollença by convenient local buses, and walking distance to the port for ferries to Menorca. There is a direct bus from the airport for 5 euros with undercarriage luggage storage. Tap credit cards on all the island buses.
