We had never left the country before this trip to The Dominican Republic. I was a bit nervous traveling abroad with my wife. However, the moment we arrived at the Punta Cana airport any anxiety turned into wonder. Fast forward right to the hotel. Amazing service from the moment we arrived. The first person we met was Elvis, not Presley as he jokingly stated. The food was great, the service was amazing. The housekeepers were absolutely incredible! I would go back in a second. Warning to any sun lovers. This is not normal sun. Your sunburn can buy you a ticket to the hospital. No joke, protect yourself.

This place is THE place for your family vacation. So much to do and gorgeous setup right on the beach. Water parks, pools, swim up bars. The staff is phenomenal and go out of their way to make your stay extraordinary. Special shout out to Elvin, who is always in a million places at once, knows every employee and guest’s name. I met him looking for my husband and daughter, he knew exactly where in the resort they are and by name before I can even tell him their names. Every resort needs an Elvin, places like this function due to amazing people like him. Elvin - thank you!! You are the best!

We just got home last night and I couldn’t wait to write my review. This was the BEST vacation. My kids (10 and 14) said it was better then Disney.
The resort is immaculate. Rooms were spacious and clean. The beach was great. Not crowded. Always chairs available. People complained about the seaweed in past reviews, so I was a little nervous about that. It was nothing. Yes they’re seaweed. But nothing out of control.
The activities that the resort offers were outstanding. Millions of things for the kids to do. My nine-year-old absolutely loved the kids club. Yaya was PHENOMENAL!!! Every child there loved her as if she was Mother Goose.
Our Butler Alexander was outstanding. If you’re able to afford club level, definitely splurge. The pool was overcrowded. We loved the swim up bar and again plenty of seating.
The food was good. I’ve been to a lot of resorts and by far this was the best food wise.
Lastly, I cannot say enough about the staff in general. They were still accommodating, kind and trustworthy. I never felt like we were being taken advantage of or that my kids couldn’t run freely around the resort. We will absolutely be returning.

Awesome family vacation! Grounds are immaculate. The staff is incredible. Food was amazing, and there are so many choices!
The gym might have been the nicest gym I've ever been to! Pools were fantastic. Water Park was so much fun, especially for kids. Hot tubs nice for late afternoon. Beach was great. The ocean water itself is the only thing that isn't perfect (~7.5/10)...there's definitely clearer water/cleaner ocean floor in other spots. Everything else was absolutely perfect!!
Overall amazing! Can't wait to go back.

We had a great time at this resort. Food is fresh and delicious. The Italian restaurant is the best of all included restaurants. The blind butcher is a little pricey but worthy. Food, service, and show were A1. Music maybe a little to loud?? All staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I will recommend it 100%
