We truly had a fantastic holiday. The staff were amazing & the food was beautiful. There is something for everybody here. Families have their areas & there are adult only spaces which are really great to chill out in. I would recommend going on the all inclusive plus deal as it has many benefits, including use of the Balinese beds, which came with fruit & cava. We felt like millionaires. The entertainment was also brilliant. Thank you to all the staff from the cleaners who made our room beautiful every day to the bar staff like Claudia, who made our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

On day 7 of our 10 day stay. Such an amazing place. Food, drinks and resort are fantastic. Even with picky eaters there is something there for them. Staff are so friendly. The entertainment crew are amazing. Special thanks to Maria from the kids club, who made our youngest boy feel very special. For anyone that cant disconnect digitally, free wifi around the resort was hitting 90-100mbs.

Amazing hotel. Couldn’t fault it on anything. Beyond helpful staff, very clean hotel and rooms, fantastic food variety. Great location close to beach. Good transport links for local buses. Kids clubs was perfect and the staff were so great. Would highly recommend

Second time here and I'm so glad to be back again. Everything is incredible. Good is amazing, menu is varied every night. It's like classy restaurant food, in buffet form. Drinks are good. Staff treat you like royalty. Apartments are clean and high quality. Everything is perfect. Highly recommend. And I will definitely come here again and again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I give 4 stars but I’m not sure I would highly recommend it, only to those who really know what to expect. I was a bit disappointed. *The staff is overall very kind and helpful and flexible. * activities are not too much, but it’s acceptable. Music was extremely loud in the evening, I wonder how the people staying near feel, we just felt it was harmful to the ears who sat close. * kid’s club is fun, the animators are super nice, they’re flexible and not like in other hotels where you leave your kids and then don’t get to be together. - the drink selection is so poor it ruins your overall feeling. At least I really missed a quality drink. For kids basically you can only get water that is not sweet and tasteless. No proper juices. - serving of the food looks good at first but then you really miss the nuances (like small containers for jam etc) - desserts were practically very low quality - they take adults only places very seriously, good for seniors but for families it feels like you’re disturbing if you just pass by The hotel is nice but lacks a view to the sea which I missed. There’s also no meeting point where you can feel the atmosphere since the main restaurant is hidden below ground level. Overall it’s a good hotel, you find parking easily. It’s good but not great id say. The airport is very very close, expect regular air traffic nearby. Please improve desserts and drinks for the sake of humanity!
