Room was not as advertised. But lovely balcony & clean. Lots of scheduled entertainment. Clientele older & tend towards all inclusive. I had half board & personally next time would just eat locally (as walking distance to town). But see appeal of full board especially as service quicker. Nice pool & beach. Probably won’t be back until much older but was travelling with elderly relative and suited her

A very outdated hotel. The rooms are small and in dire need of upgrading. They have a strange damp musty smell. The food is restrictive and not great quality. Also, if you have a food intolerance, none of the dishes are labelled with allergens and there's very little choice. The pool area needs a lot of maintenance work and the grille around the main pool is dirty. The staff are wonderful though and it's in a good location.

Great location, fantastic hotel with equally fantastic members of staff. The only downside was we were only on a short break, 3 nights in total. Quality of food was above expectations. Good mix of ages staying there. Evening entertainment was good enough for most of the guests, obviously if you want a bit more lively there is a short walk to all the bars and clubs. We stayed on an all inclusive package, they don't give out a wrist band, more of a card with you name and room number, you need to show this before ordering your drinks as there are a few different board basis, basically you have to sign for your drinks, but don't let this put you off, it isn't too much trouble and the service is pretty quick. Lots of drinks to choose from. I would definitely stay there again.
I think the most annoying bit is that some people of a certain age (retired) like to get up at the crack of dawn and reserve sunbeds around the pool, and they don't actually sit out until later on in the day.
I think if the hotel addressed this then i think it would be perfect.

Had a fabulous 10 days. Entertainment great .But the bar seating area is terrible. I really wanted to rearrange all the seats . No one could see the entertainment. Due to very
badly position of seats. Please look at this. We have stayed there 4 years previously. And it was
same then .

Stayed here for a week with my family, very good stay.
I'd say this hotel is suited for people that like a more chilled out/quieter holiday as the main age demographic is 60+
All inclusive is good, food and drinks good quality!
Good service and staff are very friendly (special mention to Paula, lovely lady and very attentive to my son.)
Rooms are good, house keeping good. The area is nice and central to everything with a car rental just down the road and free off road parking at the hotel.
(Small constructive criticism) - signing for drinks and showing your card multiple times a day for all inclusive becomes annoying (just use wrist bands) also Pool table could be free as isn't even level, paying €1 for a game you can't play as table isn't level.
That being said, 5/5 would stay again!
