My wife and I spent 6 nights here with our two kids aged 5 & 10 and had a brilliant time. We would be more than happy to go back again! Staff were always friendly and helpful everywhere we went. Spanish/English barrier is there but it’s easy to navigate and staff all understood and spoke English very well. The animation team were especially impressive with their energy and games to keep guests and kids entertained. The room we were in was a great size, plenty of room for the two kids on a sofa bed, a small fridge was there for keeping drinks cold and the bathroom was fantastic also. I gave the rooms only 4 stars because the legs on the beds in the actual bedroom were hanging off, eventually came off but were completely replaced when reported to reception within an hour so perfect service anyway. The breakfast, lunch and dinner service were very efficient. The food was lovely and always fresh; if you’re in to trying new foods you will enjoy the selection they have. Lunch bites are served between certain times at the Tiki bar around the pool which is perfect if you have kids with a never ending hunger and thirst! For kids there is a disco at 21:00 each night which is great for tiring young kids out before bed. They have an arcade with 4-5 pool tables, plenty of games and a bowling alley with three lanes which is perfect for older kids too. The beach club was lovely and my favourite place to relax, it’s a 10 minute walk or quicker if you get the free open top bus from the front of the hotel to the entrance. If you are all inclusive you can enjoy all the same benefits here. They have a pirate ship with a slide and a few water slides which you need to rent a large inflatable for. All in all, our experience here was very good. I would recommend it to families looking for an all in one place to stay to keep the kids and yourselves entertained!

Great hotel for kids lots of activities and different areas to explore. I would not recommend coming to this hotel if you’re not all inclusive.. NOTHING around within walking distance of hotel including shops in an emergency! Shop downstairs closes at 8pm. Although there was a good selection of food, myself and partner both got uncooked food two nights in a row so I can imagine how many people were sick after this. Rooms were not cleaned properly each day, no soap topped up. Changed of towels is all our rooms received. Two single beds pushed together to make one king size which was impractical as I had to spend 15 minutes each night trying to layer the sheets so me or my partner didn’t fall down the crack in the middle, very uncomfortable sleeps for a whole week

Really nice hotel staff very friendly and food was brilliant a good amount of choice for all. Main reception on ground floor and restaurant on level -1, arcades good selection and spa and shop on floor -2 plenty of lifts kids enjoyed it so a bonus. Things to do out of hotel a bit of a way away main shopping centre 5 miles 1 way and other way a nice marina and sea world 5 miles the other bus fair €1.20 each catch bus 120 goes all the way there. Again brilliant hotel very spacious

I love this place. 12 years ago, it was from Polynesia that my meeting with Spain took place. I was impressed by the interior, there was an excellent chic all-inclusive buffet, a lot of tourists and staff. Now I was two months ago at a dance festival. The hotel is still beautiful, but it feels "fading". Looks empty and boring even with visiting dance lovers. I had a somewhat sad impression. Although the green area with the waterfalls inside is still beautiful, there is less greenery and there are no more golden fish in the water. I hope it's more fun in the summer and the food is still great, but I can't confirm right now. coffee is very expensive at the bar and that's bad!

Just back from a week all inclusive from this beautiful hotel. 2 adults plus 1x 15yr 1x14yr old bought a ball and they was in the pool every day (but was cold but kids don't feel it when in and out) Very clean, beds made every day by the hard working house keepers towels changed daily. Food lovely good choice for everyone including my fussy 15 year old. 10 min walk down the hill bus stop can go out and about either direction. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely week over there for Christmas staff dressed up and made it lovely for all. very lucky with the weather then back to the rain.
