Grand Riviera Princess
I jump right into it with my opinion of grand Riviera princess. We visited the resort last week and we enjoyed every minute of it. Its big, organized, very clean resort with the kindest employees you can hope for. Everywhere you look, they are cleaning the common areas. The food was also very fresh and delicious except for ice-cream that was not as good. There are few buffets that opens at 7 am for breakfast. Beach was clean and water was warm with best view of ocean. Weather was excellent when we were there usually 32 degrees and sunny. Resort is 3 stories high and unfortunately no elevators. Actually there is only 1 elevator in the resort which is in the far side of lobby which was annoying.
Be sure to reserve 3 or 4 restaurants on your visit. Japanese restaurant is a must and make sure you reserve at teppanyaki table where they cook right front of you.
All together it’s truly a great place to stay.

We have stayed at a few resorts in this area in the past and this hotel was beautiful, huge with plenty of pools and quiet beach but the staff was such a disappointment. I have never felt so blatantly disrespected and ignored especially at an all inclusive resort like this. So many bad experiences but a few were just waiting at the bar for a drink and having no one else waiting and the bartender literally walking away without saying a word, getting up at the buffet and asking where I could find something and being told to go sit down and ask the drink server who literally never came around, I went into the store to purchase snacks for my child and being so closely followed like I was a thief. We also purchased platinum and only after we got home and read what that really meant did we realize we didn’t get half of what we paid for and not only that but it included higher liquor brands but when we would ask for those they would give us attitude because they needed to fill out a form about it being used. Just left such a bad taste in my mouth and ruined my first family vacation with my 2 year old. Def wouldn’t recommend

My experience at this resort has been excellent 😊 The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond to help you. The service here has been amazing and very attentive. Breakfast has a good selection (I love the omelettes) and on arrival at the breakfast buffet, Erika Lopez always greeted me with a smile - she's very kind and helpful 😊
Also, the breakfast drinks service by Humberto, Alberto and Yajaira was very friendly - excellent customer service - please pass my comments on to them 👏
The rooms are serviced well also and the pools are lovely.
The beach is stunning and there are always plenty of loungers around the resort.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and have had an amazing week here. The grounds are gorgeous, the service is excellent. Don't hesitate and come visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Riviera Princess, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The resort itself is great, with beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. They were all very accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The staff at the buffets and restaurants were exceptional, providing top-notch service every time. I want to give a special shoutout to Wendy at the Princess Buffet. She was incredibly welcoming each day and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was excellent.
I would highly recommend anyone to stay at the Grand Riviera Princess for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Bravo to the entire team for their outstanding service and hospitality!

Our waiter Pedro was very attentive and nice. He respected our allergies and had great humour. He even tested my knowledge of the Spanish language as I have been learning it and told him this as soon as he introduced himself. Lovely food and will definitely be back.
