So many great aspects of this resort! Aroma coffee is great. Yordania is wonderful! She provides great service. Dania did a beautiful job keeping our room looking spectacular each and every day. Veronica (beach concierge) was very warm and friendly. The staff overall was welcoming and friendly and genuinely enjoy their jobs. We will be back!💖

There are not enough words in Spanish or English to describe how good this place is!! Is a great mix between fun and relaxation. The activities are super fun, the rooms are beautiful, the food is exquisite, and WOW the service goes above and beyond. I gotta definitely highlight Jose Luis and Amable from Oregano restaurant. Their attention to detail made our stay so magical and unique! Jose Luis is the absolute BEST, he made our last dinner worthy of royalty!!! First time in an all inclusive and I can’t wait to do it again!

My husband and I recently stayed here with 6 other guests and had the most amazing experience. Our rooms were beautiful, the nightly activities were fun and entertaining (the magic show and circus were phenomenal) and the restaurants were divine. The staff here are fantastic, the blue bar staff were incredible and recommended the best drinks, Sandi made sure our rooms were stocked with everything we could imagine and he was the sweetest to talk to! Personally, this was my first trip to an all inclusive, or anywhere far away from home and we are already planning a trip back! Everyone should experience the wonders at the Excellence!

I went with friends and family for my brother's wedding. They views are breathtaking and the service was excellent. Jeffrey made our trip very memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at the beach and at the excellence club pool. Edwin filled our mini fridge every day and always kept it stocked with everything we liked. The food was delicious and the resort offers really fun and exciting entertainment. Would definitely go back!

The Excellence Punta Cana is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need. The food is delicious and the service is beyond amazing! Alexandra at the Prelude Terrace bar was exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to be around!
Hendriux at the Excellence Club pool catered to our every need and made sure we were taken care of, he even saved our preferred lounge chairs for us in the morning!
Junior at the Mile spa was very kind and gave us an amazing spa experience. The hydrotherapy treatment was perfect for sunburned skin and sore muscles!
