The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact that the ferries were not running. This was the main reason we decided to stay at Saratoga Springs. Granted it was not the resorts fault (Hurricane Milton raised the water too high) however, the resort could have come up with some other easy way to get to Disney Springs. We ended up having to walk around through part of the golf course (through the mud in one spot) and we were wearing nice shoes, not happy about that. All that being said, the resort itself was very well kept, great service, beautifully appointed room and made us feel at home. We will certainly stay here again and HOPEFULLY the ferries will be in operation.

This is our 'home' vacation club resort. We love the refreshing look of the carriage house and rooms. The colors are soft and inviting, very comfortable for families to enjoy. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the Turf Club where the service was excellent. As always, we enjoy the fact that it is within walking distance from Disney Springs for an enjoyable excursion of the restaurants and shops.

This was my first stay at a Deluxe Resort on Disney Property and I really enjoyed it. Saratoga Springs Resort is great for adults, and close to Disney Springs so you can walk or take the boat there. I enjoyed the extended evening hours at both EPCOT and Magic Kingdom during my stay and didn't have to wait long for the buses. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. I stayed at the Grandstand and it was the first stop on and off the bus but will go around to all the sections before going to the parks so make sure you give yourself time if you have a dining reservation somewhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Great visit. Stayed in the Paddock building in a 2 bedroom suite. Beautifully decorated. Only negative was that we didn’t go in right where the elevators were and the signs only pointed out the stairs. So we ended up walking up 4 flights to get to our room. Definitely needs better signage.

A group of us stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, we were all comfortable. We requested a couple of things during our 4 day stay and they were quick to assist every time. Transportation is conveniently placed, although the grounds are still very walkable. Food was great when we ordered, and the two smaller pools were great to relax at
