I honestly could not recommend this hotel more!! It is a brilliant location - 15 minutes drive from the Disney parks, 20 minutes from Universal and right in the middle of many shops and restaurants! We had a two bedroom suite during our stay which had two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room/dining room, and a balcony. We also had a washer and dryer in our suit which came in very handy! The staff could not be more helpful and were very friendly. The facilities on site were fantastic, as were the restaurants and bars - a little pricey but very nice! It also had parking outside of each on the “apartment blocks” which was brilliant! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be returning in the future!

Had bugs in the room. Multiple nights seen bugs. Cashless Resort. Had to pay for everything. Spent over 1500 for the room for a week with roommates (bugs). No towel service had to pay to get towels after 3 days of going to the pool needed new towels. Beautiful place. The grounds are amazing.Great for families with children. Need to stop being so pushy on trying to sell timeshares.

I'm an owner we've been members for just short of 10 years. I'm retired from law enforcement my hobbies now are gardening and relaxing. I'm also a gym rat and the Mussel 's fitness center is 1st class . I'm in at 6am and the rest of the day is heaven. The properties are beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. The staff members are professional, courteous and personable. So why the 3 stars ? THE SALES PEOPLE WON'T LEAVE YOU ALONE !! It's brain numbing , when you check in instead of the desk person who checked you in activating your card you have to go to a desk where guess what someone is trying to sell you something. I've expressed time and again that my deed is payed off I'm only responsible for my yearly taxes and maintenance cost I've invested all I intend to invest , I just want to enjoy what I've already purchased. Today a young lady called our room and said she was appointed to be our planner , I have well above average intelligence and am quite capable of planning my own day , it simply another ploy to sell an upgrade or whatever. Every trip down I plead to be left alone to just lay back decompress and rewind. The constant attempts to sale something truly borders on harassment. I really avoided posting this type of review because like I said earlier the properties and staff are truly outstanding , I just wish the sales people would leave me alone to enjoy them

Great place to unwind away from a busy Orlando. The resort has everything you need from good food, to fun attractions for the kids and adults. Be sure to go to each village when you visit. River Island is our favorite! Arcade is about of fun but the close early sadly. The location is near to some attractions in Orlando but not the 'touristy' ones if you say.

The resort is beautiful. I’ve been here a few times and usually don’t have many problems. But this time, the rooms took forever to be ready and once they were the keys didn’t work so we had to go all the way back down to check in for it to be fixed. They do lawn work with mowers and weed wackers at 9 in the morning directly outside the villas as if no one is trying to sleep. It woke me and my whole family up. Vacation is supposed to be peaceful and this time it was stressful.
