Great hotel very clean, and the food was good to small portions but you get dessert to so it was perfect, the only thing when we arrived in the morning for check in they told us the room was not ready and told us we would get an email once it was ready we waited until 3 which was past when we should have gotten it we didn’t get it so we went back to the desk then they finally gave us the key. I got a pedicure Diana did an amazing job and she was very friendly had great conversations!

Absolutely amazing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, food was very good. I would definitely come back . Like to name a couple workers that were awesome. Entertainment supervisor-Daniel, very friendly and helped with questions and concerns, very knowledgeable, overall great person to help you. Entertainment staff Gama and uncle charlie these 2 made the pool fun, lots of laughs, engaged with everyone Thank you! To our room cleaner Ruth, your beautiful thank you for taking care of our room and making sure it was made up everyday. And our favorite bartender Francesco hes the best!!! Friendly, wonderful service, attentative.

The rooms are very nice, except one HUGE problem. There is a continuous smell of sewage coming from the shower drain. It affects the entire building. You can't get ride of it. The buffet is good and the staff are very nice throughout the resort. The beach is SUPER TINY. Getting a chair to sit in is a luxury on the beach, as they are constantly closing the energy pool for events. Pretty much the only things to do is eat and drink. I would not recommend this resort at all.

Just stayed 5 nights, had an amazing time. Rooms are beautiful, staff is super helpful/polite. Monica in the breakfast buffet & Christian at the Mexican restaurant were 2 stand outs, overall every employee had top notch customer service. Little loud at some times but keeping everyone entertained was no issue for them, something fun going on every night. Cleaning/room service always made sure the room stocked and super clean. Overall recommend!

Pros: Relaxing atmosphere, spa was exceptional and the views are gorgeous. Cons: Although, I arrived in the am I waited 5 hours for a room when there is clearly an option for early check in. I ate breakfast and walked around a bit but mainly sat around in the lobby from 10a-3p exhausted. I spoke with the hotel check-in rep afternoon closer to 1p which was check out time for others and still no accommodation. By 2:45p I checked with check-in staff again only to be told that my room was still not ready. I asked for management. Management told me that they only accommodate if rooms are available after checkout. I told him that it was past check out time. I asked him why my reservation accepted and I was told over the phone that their is a such thing as early check-in for a fee prior. I was willing to pay! However, a bit after 3 pm. I was able to check into a room. Management didn't apologize for the inconvenience of the 5 hour wait time or offer incentives. He even recommended that I may leave a review if I desired prompting me that he could careless about customer's concerns. That was my last visit at this resort.
