The staff here really shine. My husband lost his phone on the property and when we called the front desk asking if it had been found, we were asked to come to the desk to try and identify it. Rodolfo worked with us through the shift change to ensure the safe could be opened and that it was returned. The process was smooth and we were amazed that the phone was tucked away safely for us. The honesty and kindness of every staff member involved in getting the phone back to us was so appreciated. Not to mention, every single staff member - from maintenance to kitchen staff - greeted us with the brightest faces and were enthusiastic to help me practice my Spanish vocabulary in their areas of expertise. This was our second time visiting here and we will be back for sure.

The hotel needs to work with his customer service! Only a waiter was nice on my stay here. They only one restaurant and the food is really tasted really bad. They don’t have a/c working inside the restaurant and there aren’t any open windows to make the breeze from the sea cool down the place. Also the restaurant buffet and the diner one, don’t have a view to the sea. The bathroom in my room was extremely small, it looked liked a business class hotel and even them have better ones. Also they don’t give you any amenities like body cream, cotton balls, etc… When you are by the beach relaxing no one comes down to offer you a drink. And when you go to the bar to ask for something specific, they always answer rudely it has an extra cost. I can go on… great location, not a great resort. I hope it gets better for the sake of new guests.

The resort itself is beautiful. It is not a party atmosphere for a young crowd, the music at the pool was on repeat of the same old songs so it’s more of a “chill” vibe. The bartenders were very friendly and efficient, the service at the restaurants was on the slower end. The food at the poolside and the bbq chicken place by the pools was amazing.
The beach is very rocky, you can look to find a small area to swim or walk down to the very last resort on the strip where there was lots of people but the water was flat.
The one downside were all the raccoons! We did not see any reviews on the raccoons prior to booking, they were seen in the buffet, the Brazilian steakhouse and the late night joint. There were visitors with children who were feeding the raccoons, this definitely made us lose our appetite. Aside from the raccoons it’s a great resort.

Kids club - I cannot say enough about this hard working sweet people entertaining and taking care of the kids!
Room cleaning people for villa 29 were a rude speaking bad about us in Spanish ( we understand it) and just not very noce overall. The girl was nice!
Beach is a little rocky. Bring water 👞

The trip was fantastic. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. The entertainment team was amazing. Gretel always made sure we were well and got us to participate in many activities that we wouldn’t have thought of doing. The entertainment team is very friendly and fun and make the trip more memorable. Thank you!
