Wonderful experience staying at this hotel.
Great food variety available at most times of the day. Kind staff and a good family atmosphere.
Rooms are spacious and equipped with a balcony and blackout curtains which is really useful for when it gets light outside.
A 5 minute drive from the land of legends, there are a few shops located outside the hotel area so if you urgently need to buy something you can do so easily. There are also shops within the hotel itself so that too is very convenient.

Stayed in this hotel last week. The staff were fantastic from the receptionist to the cleaners. Very polite and helpful. The downfall of this hotel was the food. The food was definitely not 5 star standard. The beach was away from the hotel. The beach served old heated up food. Which you couldn't bare to eat.
Hotel is in middle of no where. So you have to get taxi to go anywhere. Definitely not worth the 5 star price.
Was very disappointed.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked this hotel solely based on the positive reviews that I read on Google but after spending time at the hotel, I’m absolutely certain that those positive reviews cannot possibly be genuine. I am truly shocked and appalled by this hotel.
The view from the room leads to a derelict animal farm and I was woken every morning by the noise of chicken. The management simply said that there is nothing to be done and an upgrade costs. The food was always repetitive and cold, the hotel lobby is facing the street and is almost always empty lacking any kind of life, soul or entertainment. The evening entertainment is extremely poor at best and the beach bar is extremely shabby and offer only limited foods and drinks. They are unable to serve any drinks that I ask for.
This is a 2.5 star hotel at best. If you want to stay here, then great but be in no doubt you’re booking a hotel that is nowhere near 5 star and make peace with it when you finally get to the hotel and find yourself underwhelmed and angry with your choice. Please do not listen to the 5 star reviews as they are fake!! We were even requested to pay for the kids club where my daughter wanted to paint a shirt.
I would not stay at this hotel again even if I were paid to do so. I feel so conned and upset about this experience. There is nothing five star about this. Ps the chicken tonight was completely cold and raw.

Had a lovely time here, absolutely would recommend! Really enjoyed the resources at the spa, Turkish baths were great. Staff at the spa are lovely, Adam was really helpful and friendly. Melissa at front desk was also really helpful.
The hotel has two pools, one indoor, one outdoor; we often frequented both. Pools were always well maintained and could be used from 9am-7pm. Rooms were spacious, and with nice views from the balcony.
Food had loads of variety, we especially enjoyed the drinks and ice cream.
Overall, a really wonderful stay, would absolutely come to Aydinbey Queens Palace and Spa again!!
