The food was lovely, plenty of options.
Hotel is right on the beach, absolutely gorgeous space with clear waters (although don’t go as soon as it opens in April, they’re trying to get the jellyfish away before guests arrive and it’s very smelly)
Beautiful Mediterranean aesthetic throughout the hotel, super clean and the staff are all really pleasant.
Special mention to the Animation Team, Wilson and Alessia. From the day we arrived they have been nothing but helpful and fun - they make you feel like you’ve been friends for years. They make a conscious effort to look after you and we really enjoyed their presence throughout our stay.

Stayed here 10 nights. Location was beautiful with great views from our room and whilst eating breakfast! We were part of the My Favourite Club and the lady which took our order every morning in a white shirt (can’t remember her name)was very friendly and smiley! I loved the fact we could get buffet but also had the option of a fresh sit down menu. Some staff more attentive than others though and some not as fast at clearing tables, laying cutlery and weren’t as welcoming as others.
Our room was cleaned extremely well everyday with fresh towels and water.
Sun beds were reserved everyday very early with towels on them although this happens at every hotel! I did find the loungers to be very comfortable and relaxing.
We also booked the A La Carte restaurants and I liked how you could book these yourself via the app and I especially enjoyed the Italian! In the main buffet though I found some nights there could’ve been more food options and better desserts. One night I had jelly which was like water. Presentation was on point but they looked better than they tasted. I really enjoyed the salad buffet and the pasta though and also the option of freshly cooked meat!
Entertainment in the evening was very good. We saw Abba, Queen and a few other well known artists. I knew almost every single song which I liked. I felt like the entertainment was inclusive for everyone.
Overall, we had a great stay here and I would say the hotel matches its rating. The beach was beautiful and it’s really convenient being linked to the hotel so you can go in whenever you like. We also really enjoyed a trip on the Star Fish boat which pulls up by the hotel daily to go dolphin watching .

Everything about this hotel was beautiful, the food was spot on and the location is perfect. A massive shout out to the animation team, Wilson and Alessia who made such an effort to make everyone feel welcome and make everything so fun and enjoyable. Really enjoyable break and would highly recommend! Beaches are all close by, especially the one just down the stairs of the hotel!

Fantastic hotel, with fantastic food and excellent location. As a solo traveller, the staff made me feel very welcome but in particular the animation/events staff were simply outstanding - Wilson & Alessa - thank you ever so much for making my holiday so memorable. Lovely team who go out their way to make you feel included and welcomed - would highly recommend!

The AluaSoul Mallorca Resort (Adults Only) truly deserves its name. This stunning resort offered a luxurious and relaxing escape, perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo recharge. The best part? Direct access to the beautiful Cala Egos beach, just steps from my room.
The resort itself was immaculate. The staff kept everything sparkling clean, from the stylish lobby to the refreshing pool areas. The modern design with a touch of Mallorcan charm created a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
The adults-only environment ensured a peaceful and tranquil stay. The pools were never overcrowded, and there were plenty of quiet corners to relax and soak up the sunshine.
A Few Suggestions:
While the food options were generally delicious and beautifully presented, the variety, particularly for vegetarians, could have been improved. Breakfast and dinner buffets had a tendency to repeat after a few days. Offering more vegetarian options and introducing some daily menu changes would elevate the dining experience.
Overall Impression:
Despite the slight limitation on vegetarian options, my stay at AluaSoul Mallorca Resort was exceptional. The luxurious amenities, the stunning location, and the overall relaxing atmosphere far outweighed any minor shortcomings. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking an adults-only getaway in a beautiful beachfront setting.
Additional Notes:
For fellow vegetarians, I recommend researching some restaurants in Cala d'Or that cater to vegetarian cuisine.
Despite the repetitive options at times, the quality and presentation of the food were excellent.
