It is very amazing. The service provided by Shana was above anything we have experience and we really felt so pampered. Food was great all round and we have enjoyed every meal. We did request for special pillow and soba pillow was by far our favorite one. Only complain we had was that we did get a room without a fully functioning Jacuzzi. Shana did come in with an engineer to try and fix it, and it did work temporary before breaking down again. However, We are pretty impress by the service of the team and definitely looking forward to visiting again.

We stayed here for 4 nights.
The location is very accessible and surrounded by restaurants and clubs. Yet the property is peaceful and serene.
The private pool rooms are luxurious and well appointed. The mini bar is complimentary for non alcoholic cold drinks and they provide fresh fruits and Hi-tea.
The restaurant has a brilliant view and the breakfast is exemplerary.
Our butler pampered us with their service and attention to detail.
Theresort provides exellent service right from the door man to the restaurant staff and pool attendants.
Five stars are less.

Excellent villa stay.
Both the villa pool and the central pool are pleasant to spend time in.
The pool is great with afternoon tea provided free of charge to guests.
The restaurant is also in a very pleasant location and the sunset dinner is excellent.
Breakfast is also good.
The location is also good for going out into Seminyak and enjoying the city at night.
On the day we left, the car that picked us up did not come. They were very kind and helpful at that time.
We will go back again. Thank you.

This beachfront hotel is beautiful and inviting with huge private villa suits and the staff is so welcoming and helpful.
The food was decent but for how high end this hotel is I thought it could have been better but it was fine, didn't get sick and the view from the restaurant is beachfront.

First of all, I would like to thank my butler Mr. Agus. His enthusiastic handling of our requests from the moment we checked in.
From delivering clothes laundry to arrange car to take us to the restaurant outside, he was very proactive in every detail.
In addition, I was also impressed by the manager's ability to remember which guest I was in such a short period of time.
The problem with the depth of the swimming pool that was mentioned casually was solved when I returned to the room after being out for a few hours.
My child was using a tablet at an empty table in the corner. The people in the restaurant came to say hello even from a distance and brought a glass of cold water to the little guest.
Food delivery was a little slow, but that didn't bother us. The entire service team deserves a thumbs up. Thank you all for making our holiday even better. We are ready to go again next year.
