The hotel has an amazing traditional Balinese design. We loved it! Despite we got the deluxe room it was really big and beautiful. All the personnel were very polite and willing to help in every request we had. The pools were really nice and big. The lake is so beautiful day or night. I was taking the long route to the restaurants of the hotel just to see all the scenery again and again. We loved the Indian restaurant! Breakfast of the hotel was quite good as well. The beach is great with nice umbrellas and sunbeds. In general this is a great hotel to stay in Nusa Dua!

Extremely cosy place, it's absolutely gorgeous. It has a very nice view and it's HUGE! The size of this hotel is x10 the size of normal hotels, I would definitely recommend this place for tourists. I have no complaints about this place, everyone here is nice and respectful, they have hard working staff and they give you welcome drinks! The parking here isn't the best but it's good for walking as it takes a long walk from outside to your room!

Beautiful resort for families and couples. Great hospitality and services. The best part is that they have an Indian restaurant inside the resort(Ganesha). The housekeeping staff did a great job. They always greet with a smile. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their service.

Essential Plumbing
AMAZING!!! Cannot fault this exceptional resort. The cleanliness of the rooms was second to none, food out of this world delicious and fresh! The service cannot be faulted, all staff members were just SO friendly and helpful it just added to the experience. We got the all inclusive package and when they said all inclusive they absolutely meant it! Will stay here again without a doubt! 👍👍👍👍

Outstanding staff. Everyone we met was proud to work there, many for 10+ out 20+ years. All of them super friendly and helpful. Rooms have all the comfort you need. Breakfast choices are incredible. Restaurants: International, Indian, Japanese, all have great choices. 2 pools are great for relaxing. Enough chairs around the pools. Drinks and food available the whole day, brought to your chair at the pool. Best choice we ever stayed in Bali. We would love to go back!
