Very nice hotel!! Super relaxing, great private beach area, very nice and accommodating staff, awesome breakfast, and huge nice territory of the hotel! Stayed for 9 nights with a friend, and loved it!! The room was huge, with an equally huge bathroom:) Overall absolutely loved our stay there, got to do a lot of relaxing and even a bit of surfing, as well as a bunch of nice light walking through the shoreline of Nusa dua to a very nice park area that also had awesome restaurants at the end of the peninsula. Most of the other hotel guests were families or couples (so if you want to party, that is not the best fit for you), and while at breakfast we saw a lot of people, the beach and the swimming pools looked pretty empty, as they are large and people can spread out - never had trouble finding a good spot with lounge chairs.
The only disadvantage is that the seashore is pretty dirty, but it is not the hotel’s fault - that whole side of Nusa Dua is like this because of the currents and tides.

Very neat and cosy hotel, super polite stuff and amazing location. The hotel was chosen for a military event for 1000 people during our stay, and generally it was very busy with different conferences. The beach is wide and nice, there is enough space for all guests so nobody fights for a spot under the sun. We got a free photoshoot as a gift from the hotel and were able to schedule it last minute. Photos exceeded our expectations!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights in an interconnected room (2 rooms). The rooms were spacious and well designed though it could do with a minor cosmetic uplift. Service was always attentive and friendly. The hotel has 3 restaurants onsite and provided enough food and drinks variety for a long stay. The hotel is kid friendly (excellent diving board for both kids and adults). For the shopaholics, Bali Collection shopping centre is in close walking proximity. We will be back if we manage to secure a similar deal again.

Spacious hotel with very kind staff everywhere, just a tiny walk from Bali Collection and shop/restaurant streets.
Beach towels without any problems, plenty of sunbeds, lots of shadow if you want.
Beach is very dirty in the morning (tons of platic and weed), afternoon with low tide somewhat clears it, along with guys working since morning (they should get some mechine).

The beach was so dirty that it was not suitable for any water activities. The swimming pool was super hot and not comfortable to stay in.
Restaurant: Even though we had booked all-inclusive, there were many things that were charged extra. The surcharge was about 5 to 10 euros, which is not an issue, but the food was really poor quality and we had many stomach problems.
There are no night activities if you are young. You have nothing to do there after 23:00. Everything is closing and you cannot even have a drink.
In general, there is bad hygiene, poor quality food, and it is absolutely boring. This was my worst vacation so far. I even ended it before the planned time.
