The Mulia Nusa Dua was incredible! We stayed in the Suites. The level of customer service is unmatched in regards to other places we have stayed in Bali and other countries. From beginning to end, our needs were catered to. 2x adults and 1 toddler. The restaurants had a variety of local, western and international cuisines. The resort has a variety of pools and is along the beach front. A small taxi ride into the main part of Nusa Dua. We also had a butler for our room and requests could be phoned through or sent via what’s app, delivering modern service with ease. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our room was serviced twice a day, we always had clean towels and bedding. Every single staff member was polite, accommodating and friendly. Thank you to the staff who made our holiday truly wonderful! We spent our sons birthday here and he was made to feel special with cake and sang to by the staff.

Wow, from the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into a dream! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was super cozy, with the most amazing views. And let's talk about the food – absolutely delicious! Every meal was a treat. The team really went out of their way to make our stay special. We're already planning our next visit!

Checking out today, taking a time to write a quick review. Been here for 5 days. The check-in was easy, was not escorted to the room so took some time to find it, big property. I asked right away for an iron/steamer to get all that done and they charge for me to steam my own clothes. The room itself is very basic, nothing on the mini-bar just an empty fridge, no robes in the room. Breakfast was included for me, but if I wanted something like a soda or sparking water... a charge for that. Everything cost money and is expensive. The best part were the staff at the pool bar by the ocean, they were amazing. Not enough umbrellas in the beach, and the ocean/sand was dirty with human plastic debris, cans, etc. The place dies after 8pm, nothing to do, no piano bar, no entertainment, nada, something would have been nice to keep the night going a bit.

The common spaces (pools, lounges, beaches, lobbies, etc.) were incredibly beautiful! The restaurant vibe was cool but the food was great! The room was basic but fine. The staff left us a treat in our room when we checked in because it was our honeymoon. We enjoyed the stay!

Mulia Bali is always best for visiting and its meal.Also a villa is a must with your own private pool. Living Room restaurant and had excellent service by the team of happy, efficient, well spoken and helpful staff. The food has a really amazing taste. The room was really big and spacious, and really clean.
