I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Overall, it felt disappointing and very poor value for money.
Good stuff first. The location is very near the beach. Lots of food options around. Finding a taxi to go to the city or sightseeing is fairly easy. There's also a game room in the Hotel that our son liked very much.
The pools are great. Outdoor pools were good only when there was sun. Because they're not heated, they tend to be cold most of the day outside June, July and August. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were also good. However 👇
The rooms aren't clean at all. First day, after they cleaned the room and when we got back to our room, we noticed that the sheets weren't changed but just swapped. So they took the top sheet which is usually the one that gets very dirty and dusty on the bed as the main sheet and swapped the orders. We called the reception like 3 times, so they finally sent someone during the evening (imagine we called in the morning and 2 times more during the day).
When the cleaner came, she started objecting that everything is clean and refused to clean again. Even called the reception to complain.
That's when I showed her lots of stains and dirt on the sheet, and only then she accepted to change the sheets. We stayed there for 9 nights and every day, this was the story of their cleaning.
Even the first day we got to our room for the first time, there was hair and stains on the sheets. They either don't mop the floor or do it with dirty water. They don't seem to vacuum the floor, either. There were no slippers in the room, no toothbrushes and no boiler to make tea or coffee. You'd expect a 4 start hotel to include those basic amenities.
I don't know why, but while we were there, the hotel was like 95% full of people over 50 years old. All activities and even restaurant food seemed to be for older people.
They also rent you pool towels, but there's no place to dry them in the room or in the hotel facilities. They posted tips here and there that you're not supposed to dry them in the room's balcony either because it hurt the hotel's facade! Therefore, you'll have to be charged per day to dry towels. The pool was good, but the indoor pool's water wasn't as clean and transparent as you'd expect. We also asked for a pair of cutlery for our son once, and they refused to provide it. Our room was on the 8th floor and didn't have any noise cancellation of any sort, meaning you could hear the bar or the street.

Stayed here for 7 nights , a very beautiful hotel with a great location. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed every day. The entertainment was good on 3/6 nights . Food was alright - some things were really tasty but most of the cooked meat from the grill was raw . You have to pay extra for drinks at dinner . I loved the daily sessions they had to offer including the yoga and Pilates. The indoor swimming pool was very clean and warm.
Lots of places for seating but nothing really for kids in the off peak times . The beach is within walking distance . No drinking water provided was upsetting and had to pay €14 for kettle and tea .

The hotel looks god, but very bad service from the staff. The receptionist did not even smile and talked bad English. We have been to other hotels nearby with the same prices but the staff is so much more polite and helpful than at this place. If you don’t want to risk to run into moody staff and bad service then stay away from this hotel. Also, it is normal to get bottle of water with all inclusive but not at this hotel which means you pay for “all inclusive” but do not get the most necessary to drink at warmer days.

It is overall a good hotel with entertainments every night. The only disappointment was about possibilities for children. We chose this hotel based on children friendly. But there were almost nothing for children to play. There were just a few things only for summer. Even that is not enough to keep children occupied.

I regret to say that the hotel fell short on various fronts. The facilities were lacking, evidenced by dirty glass and plates at the food court, along with a notable presence of bugs, including cockroaches. The staff in the lobby and guards outside displayed rude behavior several times, treating guests poorly with unwarranted aggression. Contrary to the advertised all-inclusive claim, water was not included. Additionally, the hotel did not live up to the portrayed images, resulting in an overall disappointing stay. Do not recommend.
