This is a one star review purely based on a terrible experience on our last day. Prior to this it was going to be a 4/5 star review.
The good:
Rooms were a good size and clean. The beds were comfy.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant food, a great selection and very tasty.
Poolside entertainment was good, the staff members going around to invite you to play volleyball etc were very friendly and funny.
The bad:
We were checking out at 12 noon but weren't getting picked up until 14:30. We asked at reception if we could still have lunch at 1 as part of our all inclusive. He said normally once the bands are handed back at 12 you don't get access to all inclusive, but he'd give our room number to the restaurant and it would be OK. This was great to hear and would have understood if he'd said it wasn't possible. Upon arriving at the restaurant the lady greeting us asked for our room number then said we weren't on the list, we the other one explained and she the said it was OK to go in. We got some food and a waiter came over to ask if we wanted drinks the asked cash/card? We explained the situation to him and he was a bit rude and stated he was going to get the restaurant manager. At this point we're thinking great, let's get this resolved, but he came over and was even ruder / louder. For at least 5 minutes he was bluntly shouting that we pay, causing a big scene which had everyone staring over. He kept repeating the usual process, which we understood, but he didn't understand that if two other members of staff have said differently, it doesn't matter what the official process is,but he would not accept it. His name was Victor and due to our interaction with him, would never go back there.
However, most of you aren't likely to be in that scenario and almost everything g else was great, so don't let thst out you off :).

We have all absolutely loved our stay here so much. So many of the staff go the extra mile. Our daughter loved the kids club, which is amazing and the staff there are all so lovely. Children cannot be bored here. The reception manager was very helpful and one of the chefs went out of his way to make us a vegan pasta dish with vegan pesto which was delicious. The hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities. The bar and restaurant staff are fab too. Loved the lady in the snack/gift shop too, who was so sweet with our daughter. We would definitely come back here again in a heart beat and can't wait to do so. 😀 😊

If you want to feel like pigs in a pigsty. I recommend you choose this hotel. Expect to be trapped. Paid parking. There was no mention of any fees when booking on the hotel's official website. Our room was directly above the kitchen hood outlet. A really disgusting experience and we paid extra for a view of the ,,garden". The staff at the front desk were rather rude. Next time we'd rather go to the homeless on the beach. The hotel is very shabby and deserves more investment. The Parole dining room is a pigsty. The rating does not correspond to reality.

An incredible weekend getaway with my entire family in the hotel. From housekeeping to the restaurants, everything was absolutely impeccable. The animation staff made it an experience even more memorable. Big shoutout to Raul, Sara, Jaime, Antonio and Sergio from the animation department. Thank you for a job well done 😊

We stsyed thete a week with sll-inclusive for a fitness (body&soul) week.
Very nice clean rooms with silent air conditioning.
Breakfast and lunch OK, BUT:
Absolutely dreadful dinners (and we did a few). The noice level in the dining room made ANY conversation impossible. Only hard surfaces that reflects the sound. Add to this an understaffing that makes the dining staff run all the time and virtually throw the tableware around. The grill is ambitious, pork, fish and chicken are nice beefs are strange cuts with many tendons and fatty pieces.
Summary; nice hotel, but avoid the dinners -at any expense.
