It’s been a while since i had a trip and enjoyed every aspect of it, starting with the hotel itself. The location is phenomenal as i appreciate my peace of mind and can’t stand a hotel that has party activations within it. Also Nusa Dua is such a lovely location itself. The room are very specious and comparing it to the prices to other hotels its worth what i am paying for. They had a small welcome arrangement for us in the room which was also a very nice touch. The staff were very very friendly and professional. The gym was quite well equipped as well and the spa was superb. We had the room with breakfast, they offer a huge variety of cuisine that suits every palette and it was actually really good. I thank Sofitel for making this experience very memorable, can’t wait to be back again.

Our plunge pool room was a short, skip, jump and hop from the beach. The room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The food at all the restaurants was fabulous. Even though hotel prices are normally higher than outside services, it was definitely worth every cent. I had two (1st 60 min, 2nd 2 hours) massages by the beach by experienced and well-trained therapists, very cheap compared to Perth prices and what a setting! With fresh ocean breeze and the gentle sounds of waves splashing onto the shore. As other reviews have commented it's a little dated and some areas need maintenance, well it is a minor issue. Hotel staff were always willing to assist to meet our needs. The peaceful surroundings around the hotel and beach area were a welcomed experience during our stay. The only dampener was an outside wedding directly in front of our room with music booming from 3 pm -10 pm. Yes, we did complain. So when you book just ask if there is a traditional long day event wedding happening. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an unforgettable 20th wedding anniversary at the resort hotel. Warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Outstanding amenities included a serene spa with rejuvenating couples' massage. The dining options were exceptional, with diverse menus and attentive staff. Our stay surpassed expectations and we highly recommend this romantic getaway. Thank you to the staff for making our anniversary celebration magical.

We quite enjoy our stay for the Sofitel Hotel at Nusa Dua. The hotel is large, spacious and very well maintained. Its a very popular hotel, given its level of amenities, service and luxury feel without being too pricey. It also doesn't feel overwhelming crowded given the the size of the property. The hotel has a great mix of crowds, mostly families enjoying a nice family holiday. Rating reflects the great value, luxury feel and serivce. A recommended stay for those looking for a pleasant enjoyable stay without too much fuss.

Sofitel Nusa Dua, really is beautiful. Great location, great staff, gorgeous pools, fun for kids as well as adults, with great pool bar & the little bar tables in the pool, great feature. The plunge pool villa, was perfect too, with both my daughter & elderly mum making great use of it, when wanting just to chill out privately. Standard rooms w resort pool view was also perfect in sizing, not too cramped, like other resort hotels. Only thing for improvement, for my use, is better hairdryers, especially w daily use, would take so long to dry 3 of us girls' hair. Other than that, small & only suggestion to help guests with perfect experience, we LOVE Sofitel, and 100% will only be holidaying with Sofitel moving forwards, as have stayed in many 5 star resorts, but this one our favorite.
