One of the best holidays we spent with family. Amazing staffs, what an excellent hospitality! They are so welcoming, attentive to requests, ensuring your comforts. Value for money.
We made a special request for vegetarian foods and they catered more than expected. The food was delicious. Thanks to the chef and other cuisiniers.
All inclusive drinks.. not much variety but enough to enjoy the taste of rhums, local beer and cocktails.
We got a garden view rooms, not much sophisticated but peaceful calm and so green&clean.
The entertainment group was one of the best I’ve ever encountered in any hotel. They stayed with us till the end of the night show, dancing with us, accompanying us..
special thanks to Mr Kaviraj.. his customer service was on top!
I highly reccomend
Keep it up guys!

Location is very nice, rooms were good.
Experience with one of the receptionist was not good he was very rude and impolite. We didn’t receive any information about any complementary sports when we checked in and upon asking replied very rudely. All of my questions or query were either not replied properly or with very rude behaviour. All other staff were good
Food was also good, cook prepared special dinner for us as were going to eat vegetarian. There is same breakfast everyday. Dinner changes bit breakfast is same.

Reception not very good in giving information, not really welcoming. But overall its a nice place to relax… one request their all inclusive menu include mostly beef and pork… when mauritian people goes there is not enough variety as most hindus dt eat pork and beef… in that case what will they eat… ?we are paying the amount suggested i fink we should get variety in menu ….

We have just got back from 2 weeks at Silver Beach Hotel. The first week was all inclusive and the second was booked as room only. The hotel is nicely laid out in quite large grounds which extend to the beach. The room we had was spacious with a good comfy bed and air con that worked ok. The place could benefit from a bit of redecoration but otherwise we were quite satisfied with the place. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We read some unfavourable reviews about the food but we both felt it was very good - both in quality and variety. All meals were buffet style and as others have noted, there was a lot of chicken and fish on the menus but it was served in different ways and always plenty of it. We decided not to upgrade the second week to include food as we planned to explore Mauritius, and would eat at some of the very good restaurants on the island. Had we stayed around more, we would have upgraded.
