I have just spent the last 10 days here with my 3 children 27.,19 and 15 all enjoyed the stay. Hotel is clean Staff were great . Manager was very friendly . Food was good not sure about mash potato for breakfast but all in all good food lots of variety. Highly recommend this location , beach 2 min walk local supermarket and lots to see on the island.

We spent around 6 nights in this property. One of the most busy resorts of this area, very well behaved staff and well maintained resort. The best part of our stay was the candle light dinner at their restaurant. Both the breakfast and dinner were very nice and they had different styles of menu and cuisines everyday.

5 stars from me because as a single traveller with TUI, they really looked after me and allocated me a HUGE room. I liked the fact that one does not have to give a debit/credit card or cash deposit at check in. Order the steak cheeseburger from the bar instead of having lunch or dinner in the restaurant because it's so much more delicious. There is only one staff member who is a bit of a misery-guts behind the bar and he complained that I paid for everything in cash as I went along instead of signing for room check out but I took no notice and carried on doing the former. The rest of the staff are very nice. Very good hotel for smokers and the fact most of the guests are French and German means they don't give a toss about a bit of cigarette smoke if less friendly than Brits however. I loved the sound of music on my balcony and the chatter at night. One night I was asked a few times what my room number was which was unnerving as another reviewer has said. If I'd have had much more of that then I've had downgraded my stars but I had a lovely stay overall

A very nice place that is very lively and definitely lives up to the name having many palm trees. The staff was very nice and frendly. Especially one entrance guard was extremely nice to talk to. The manager was also very nice and always open to help us out even connecting us to a partner hotel with which we got a great deal to spend our last two nights there. The hotel in itself has many pools which are pretty nice. We didn’t get to try the spa or any of the massages which you pay extra for but they do offer that. There was also a jacuzzi but it was not operational. They also have a gymn which isn’t all that big but does the job well enough. The hotel also offers car rental which is nice. The room we had was ok. We had a street view which is not the best so I recommend getting more of an inside view. But since we were mostly not in the room it did not bother us. The food is buffet and was easily the highlight for us. The breakfast is mainly always the same but the variety of what is can eat is very nice. Yet the dinner was always the highlight. You have many dishes to choose from and none dissapointed. Also there are different dishes every day and the same things only repeated once or twice for us during our stay. The only thing that maybe was not the best were the desserts yet one time they had icecream and that was easily the best. At the dinner they almost had every day also a type of show there. Which made the place very lively. But can be very loud but eventually you get used to it. The biggest plus of the whole hotel is the fact that the beach is 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. This is also to us the most beautiful beach out of all we saw and visited. You got a supermarket nearby and a great icecream place. At the same time on the way to the beach you have a great tour company through which we got to do great tours. The thing that I would count as negative is the wifi. It did not reach our room at all and in general its also the wifi was not that great. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel. Especially if you come with the intention to be exploring, doing tours and being at the beach this hotel is in the perfect location, has great food and is affordable.
