Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

This is a really clean manmade beach with lots of parking close by. The parking takes coins only and costs about 60 cent per hour. There are toilets and showers and also a little cafe restaurant for drinks and food. Very safe for children as there are no currents or big waves.

Best beach for me in Madeira. It's peaceful outside the city and not much crowd as we went on off season. Nearby u get loads of good restaurants to have meals. Sandy beach not deep and very much child friendly. Water was little cold some days but u can have a swim.

This place is simply wonderful with a kids playground nearby and just in front there's a beach. The kids playground is very neat and play toys r well-maintained. It's free by the way to use the kids playground.

A nice sheltered from waves beach with a couple places for snacks on beach. Do not park across street above it as it's not public. They will ticket you

Lovely small beach where the swimming area is protected from the big waves. Hôtels, restaurant and parking place nearby. Close by, you find a variety of restaurants and also the possibility to book whale - dolphins watching tours, private or collective. There is a shop for groceries and even a car rental
