Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. The service is excellent. The all inclusive restaurants provide varied and delicious options, with other paid restaurants available also. We didn’t feel the need to use these as the other options were very good.
The pool is large and clean and the private beach is only a five minute boat ride away and has its own bar and buffet food and cold drinks are brought to you regularly. We found this to be a quieter option than being around the pool.
The only issue for us was the live music every night, which was very loud and went on until midnight, so if you do want an earlier night that could be an issue. If you do want to be out late and enjoy the bands then it would be great.
Would definitely stay here again but for me, would request a room a bit further away from the stage.

The rooms are well equipped and always clean. The beds are comfortable. The food on all restaurants is fantastic. The icing on the cake goes to the staff who go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. They even glued the sole back on my flip flop for me - what more could you ask for. I cannot recommend this resort enough. You won’t regret going there!

From start to finish our stay we were made very welcome. The staff went above and beyond and were so kind and friendly.
We have stayed at many hotels where the accommodation is not as advertised. At the Rico’s premium this was not the case. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and clean.
The food in the Turquoise restaurant was amazing and we much preferred this to the other restaurants that the hotel had to offer. Hence the 9/10 score. We felt that the Fish restaurant and front restaurant did meet up to the standard of the turquoise restaurant.
The location of the hotel was fabulous with a short walk to the pretty Göcek town.
The boat ride to the beach was a very nice touch and we used this a few times.
The only feedback I would a give us the boat trip that is offered for free was amazing and we loved it. However when onboard there was no briefing on safety or were amenities were. Perhaps this could be included?
All in all we will be back this was one of our best holidays to date. Thank you all so very much. X

Had an amazing stay. The staff were hard working, friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The complex was lovely. No sunbed wars, but perhaps different in the summer season. Loved it here and highly recommend it. A few cats hanging around but well looked after and very cute

Perfect adults only all inclusive experience with outstanding service. Fabulous rooms, great super all inclusive concept including premium drinks, staff can't do enough for you, great range of food options. Beautiful setting. We didn't want to leave.
