We went as a family of three and our stay at the hotel was excellent.Staff was good and friendly. The pool area was massive and had loads of lounging chairs. It had water slides and multiple kids pool for toddlers. The hotel was very clean and the staff was always cleaning.the room was spacious but you get what you paid for. The buffet food changes every night due to that nights theme. The cakes look and tasted amazing. Drinks where always available throughout the day and night and so was ice-cream and cake. Overall we had a good stay and would return again.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff but it's not 5 star its more like 3 star. The room is too small with a double and single bed in it. Facilities are really good. Staff are so nice. Don't forget to tip them. It goes a long way with better service, etc. It's a quick bus journey to the center. The check in was a sketchy, very little information given to us. Nice place though, I would stay again. We are here now early May 24. The food is excellent as well, can't fault it. The town is extremely expensive. Eer and such are €5 which is just nuts.

We went in May last year (2023) and had a fantastic time. The reps can be a bit pushy to do some of the excursions but not too bad (not as bad as the town!) the actual spa they have is amazing and finished off to a very high standard, we had a full Turkish Spa, full body musk, massage and a facial, it's their complete package and at £60 it's well worth it! It would be far more than twice that in the UK!
The evening entertainment I'm told was good but that's not my sort of thing so I can't comment. Lots of excursions you can do, one we did was a scuba dive full day excursion, no experience necessary, got some amazing photos and had a great time.
The food is varied and very nice, can't complain. Rooms are cool in temperature, large and have a nice balcony.

Plenty of activities for the kids, but sadly outweighed by the ‘party’ night life that attracts singles. The hotel doesn’t know what it’s catering too. It’s trying to do everything all at once, one end of the hotel is full of wannabe asbos and the other is full of nice multi nationals trying to enjoy a family holiday. The problem is you end up with a baby having to tolerate noisy 20 something year olds causing havoc early hours of the morning. Food is so so and the hotel staff are seemingly as annoyed as the rest of us. We won’t come here again which is a shame because the hotel is mostly suited to families. The spa is amazing, well priced. There is plenty to do but can get quite crowded due to the size of the hotel. This adds to the noisy nature. I can’t imagine what it’s like in high season. 2 weeks April 2024. Pools are good, drink is good, nightlife is good. What a shame. Also, don’t expect too much from your rooms. They are very basic and are designed for singles.
