Very nice hotel in Bangkok. The staff and service were excellent and are the strongest feature of the hotel. The rooms are very large and quite nice and very functional. The pool is small but adequate. Breakfast buffet is on the smaller side but again adequate. Location isn't great because it is far off the main road. But there is a bakery and mini market right across the street which is nice. Overall a very nice 4 night stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Easy access to all main city areas. The pool area has some nice city views and their breakfast spread was very good. The staff was very courteous and the room upgrade to a deluxe suite was icing on the cake to our trip!

We stayed for 3 nights and first night stayed in 7 floor which they said non smoking. Next day before moving out we noticed “ Do not disturb “ sign is on we could not switch it to “ Make up my room “. However, we saw service man right beside our door and we requested to clean up room and showed problem regarding door sign which he also tried to fix it but failed. However once we returned at 3.30 pm we found no clean up took place and further more strong cannabis smoke and smell were coming out from adjacent to my room. We contacted reception and they reacted well and changed our room. I must mention our allotted rooms were dusty and was not properly cleaned. We had no problem in new room and rest were very good. The hotel location is in Soi 13 so moving to Sukhumvit Road either by taxi or bike and taxi do not want to go by meter. Hotel have one tuk tuk but it follow it own schedule. Opposite side of road there is Bread shop and one 7 Eleven type shop there but both closes at 8 pm. As you go towards Sukhumvit Road there are 3 Indian restaurants excluding one in front of Hotel. For 7 Eleven one need to go 15 Sukhumvit Residence which is in between Soi 13 and 15 and below 7 Eleven is there. Food in Radisson Residence good but have scope to improve upon particularly thai cuisine. Staffs are cooperative, friendly. Smiley and supportive. Rooms are specious and WiFi works very well.

The location is great- close to the skyline and shops. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is large and comfortable. Will certainly visit again!

I need someone from management to get in touch with me asap I’m here for 5 nights. Upon arriving today ac makes a sound and isn’t cooling, hot water doesn’t warm properly, food isn’t as ordered received wrong meal. I don’t know what else to expect I need someone professional to talk to Room 222 thanks tried contacting them twice and they just say will send someone to repair at 7:00 am ? Is this radison standards ?
