Nice looking hotel with big clean rooms and decent view of the skyline. Price was also great with breakfast included. The only cons were that the staff are helpful but not super nice (just meh) and the breakfast never changes. The same food is served every day and gets boring. I still recommend for anyone traveling to Dubai.

Nice Hotel that smells nice with a clean environment & music with friendly & helpful staff at Reception with a good & able Tour Desk in the Lobby as well . However needs to address the lack of anti-slip mats in the showers for guest safety & towels to soak up water 💧 as guests leave the showers to prevent accidents! Maintenance of door security latches should not be overlooked as well as non functioning showers which should all be checked before letting the room out to any of the hotel guest's! & waiters should not be in a hurry to clear up the breakfast tables when guests have just got up to go & fill their plates! The Pool is not being cleaned properly as Scum is being allowed to form heavily all around the sides. & Noisy guests banging doors & shouting in the corridors at night should be dealt with as it disturbs other hotel guests! Guest are also seen shouting about their complaints @ Reception Desk !

Never seen a hotel this bad before. We checked in and the AC was on and wouldn’t turn off. We tried different ways but wouldn’t go off. We called maintenance twice and they never showed up after waiting for almost an hour. While looking around the room we noticed how filthy the room was. Dead insect in the bathroom, stains on all of the chairs, stains on the carpet, stains on the duvet cover. There was also a big oil stain on the night stand. After sharing with them these complaints they said they will bring the house keeping. The guy came in and saw the room and his comment was yes we have to shampoo and clean everything, but he can only do it later. We have shared this complaint with the reception (where we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to actually show up there) We asked for our room to be changed, the response was “there are no rooms available the hotel is fully booked” After showing him the pictures of the place, all of a sudden there is another room available. We have asked to check out and no longer wish to stay in the hotel due to its cleanliness, he said that we will be charged anyway, although we did not pay to stay in filth. The final cherry on top we get woken up in the morning after just 3 hours of sleep to the sound of the construction which is right next to our room and we could hear everything. The staff didn’t even have the decency to warn us that there is construction going on opposite to our room and that we would hear some noise, especially that we checked-in in the middle of the night and had to argue with the staff. Going over other people’s 1 star reviews as old as 4 months and as recent as 1 month you would think that the hotel would take it seriously and make sure that they offer the best customer service and a clean room, instead they would just respond on Google stating that they take it seriously etc and yet here we are today same issue same kind of complaint. I have sent them an email as well to confirm the refund, and no shock there, no email response as well. I won’t even think of coming here again even if they have offered me a free room.

Great hotel. Only issue they wont let guests park themselves in basement. Have to use valet which is free but not super convenient if you have to get to work on time in the am.

We had the most amazing time at the hotel! The service was top-notch, the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the food was delicious. And let's talk about Mustafa from the restaurant – he was not only super helpful but also incredibly professional. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, our stay felt like more than just 5 stars!
